The incredible Villa Mikk presents the perfect place from which to experience Mallorca! This beautiful four-bedroom villa sits in a charming town full of history yet remains close to beaches, things to see, do, dine and drink!
The villa lies in a historic town and remains true to its environment, with the adoption of natural stone used in its construction. Set across five floors, the location of the villa also affords exclusivity yet quick access to spots around you! Interiors have been finished with a five-star, contemporary design, contrasting with the rustic and historic look of the exterior walls. Elegance is continued through the outdoor areas on different floors and completes the sumptuous settings you have at your disposal!
With a capacity to hold up to seven guests, the villa makes a perfect choice for groups and facilitates. To accommodate moments where everybody can spend quality time together, the ground floor offers a lounge and dining area! This open-plan floor offers a lounge area complete with an elongated plump sofa and stylish chairs as well as a living area, equipped with more sofas, snazzy chairs and tables!
Snuggle up with the entire crew as you watch movies on the wall-mounted satellite television! In keeping with the luxurious style presented all through the house, the dining table is chic and begs to be dined on, especially on days or nights indoors. A modern and clean-lined kitchen comes fully-equipped, so you will have no trouble preparing meals or whipping up full-blown feasts! For your convenience, a toilet is located on this floor, so no need to leave the sofas for too long!
Each of the four floors connected to the internal staircase offers a bedroom, so guests will feel the added exclusivity that Villa Mikk provides! The sublime design continues across each floor, so you will feel like royalty as you step out and into your chosen room. The first floor offers a single bed and an en-suite shower whilst the floor above offers a double bed and another en-suite shower room! The third-floor offers the same as the second, with the bonus of a terrace! Sun-bathe on sun-loungers straight from your bed! On the floor above lies the master bedroom offering stunning vistas across the roofs of Pollenca!
Outdoors, guests can lounge on cosy cushioned sofas or take a dip in the immaculate private pool, complete with an outdoor shower!

About the surrounding area of Villa MikkMallorca is a wondrous island and is one of the seven islands that make up the Balearics. Its location on the Mediterranean Sea, means the lands have been enriched by its natural goodness, offering an abundance of fresh and delicious foods from land and sea, beautiful terrains and miles upon miles of shorelines!
Villa Mikk sits in the old town of Pollenca, a historic, yellow stone-house centre offering tonnes to do and see as well as eat and drink. Catering for both the young and old, this side of Mallorca offers both a more reserved scene as well as the bustling and vibrant spots you can expect on this glorious island!
A host of sites can be seen around this beautiful town situated in the eastern region of the Tramuntana. Within the town why not visit the Roman Bridge, known as Pont Roma, a testimony to the Roman occupation of this wondrous place. Head just out of the residential area and take the scenic route to Santuari del Puig de Maria, a beautiful monastery situated at the top of a hill. On the top of the hill, the monastery provides breathtaking views of the entire old town, so make sure you grab a bite to eat whilst you have these views at your disposal!
Pollenca Beach is a stretch of sandy shoreline that curves around the bay of the same name, ending at its port! Beautiful grains of soft sand give visitors opportunities to frolic in the sand, and the azure, crystalline, inviting sea is perfect for splashing and alleviation from the heat!
Perfect for all of the family, such as those who wish to take a moment and unwind on parasols and sun-loungers with mountain draped backdrops across the sea to complete the idyllic and blissful scenes. Or take part in some wind-surfing and water-sports and have an exhilarating time or simply voyage the seas with the entire group on a boat tour of the beautiful and historic coast!

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

The fully-equipped kitchen means that cooks can cater for fussy eaters and guests have quick access to snacks and brews! Having multiple bed options on each floor of the villa means that all family and group sleeping arrangements can be catered for. Kids will love the outdoor pool, which gives the opportunities to experience hours of fun, splashing and swimming in the sun!
The town of Pollenca offers an array of shops and markets that groups and families can visit to grab themselves mementoes of their time and experiences in Mallorca. The town, naturally, offers a tonne of restaurants where you introduce the whole family to the wonderful delights of Spanish dining! Feast on rounds and rounds of foods and appetisers which will delight the senses! Guests are encouraged to wash it down with juices, drinks and vino from the country which ranks high amongst wine exporters!
Pollenca beach is sure to keep the whole family refreshed, relaxed and entertained with the range of options available for all ages. Repose amongst adults can be complemented with drinks from the beach side bars, teenagers can get stuck into activities on the sea, and the littlest of the bunch have the opportunity to splash at the shores of the sea, as the waters are shallow and gentle!
Mar Aventura sports park will give older kids a competitive and athletic challenge and allow younger children, heaps of fun on water slides, pools and ropes, out on the sea! Visitors are offered lifejackets, and even the youngest of the troops can get involved, if accompanied by adults!
Kids are encouraged to explore the history and ancient sites scattered throughout the old town of Pollenca alongside awe-inspired adults. Gentle hikes up sites established by ancient secret orders will help feed your child's imagination and knowledge!
