The villa lies in a historic town and remains true to its environment, with the adoption of natural stone used in its construction. Set across five floors, the location of the villa also affords exclusivity yet quick access to spots around you! Interiors have been finished with a five-star, contemporary design, contrasting with the rustic and historic look of the exterior walls. Elegance is continued through the outdoor areas on different floors and completes the sumptuous settings you have at your disposal!
With a capacity to hold up to seven guests, the villa makes a perfect choice for groups and facilitates. To accommodate moments where everybody can spend quality time together, the ground floor offers a lounge and dining area! This open-plan floor offers a lounge area complete with an elongated plump sofa and stylish chairs as well as a living area, equipped with more sofas, snazzy chairs and tables!
Snuggle up with the entire crew as you watch movies on the wall-mounted satellite television! In keeping with the luxurious style presented all through the house, the dining table is chic and begs to be dined on, especially on days or nights indoors. A modern and clean-lined kitchen comes fully-equipped, so you will have no trouble preparing meals or whipping up full-blown feasts! For your convenience, a toilet is located on this floor, so no need to leave the sofas for too long!
Each of the four floors connected to the internal staircase offers a bedroom, so guests will feel the added exclusivity that Villa Mikk provides! The sublime design continues across each floor, so you will feel like royalty as you step out and into your chosen room. The first floor offers a single bed and an en-suite shower whilst the floor above offers a double bed and another en-suite shower room! The third-floor offers the same as the second, with the bonus of a terrace! Sun-bathe on sun-loungers straight from your bed! On the floor above lies the master bedroom offering stunning vistas across the roofs of Pollenca!

Villa Mikk sits in the old town of Pollenca, a historic, yellow stone-house centre offering tonnes to do and see as well as eat and drink. Catering for both the young and old, this side of Mallorca offers both a more reserved scene as well as the bustling and vibrant spots you can expect on this glorious island!
A host of sites can be seen around this beautiful town situated in the eastern region of the Tramuntana. Within the town why not visit the Roman Bridge, known as Pont Roma, a testimony to the Roman occupation of this wondrous place. Head just out of the residential area and take the scenic route to Santuari del Puig de Maria, a beautiful monastery situated at the top of a hill. On the top of the hill, the monastery provides breathtaking views of the entire old town, so make sure you grab a bite to eat whilst you have these views at your disposal!
Pollenca Beach is a stretch of sandy shoreline that curves around the bay of the same name, ending at its port! Beautiful grains of soft sand give visitors opportunities to frolic in the sand, and the azure, crystalline, inviting sea is perfect for splashing and alleviation from the heat!

Perfect for all of the family, such as those who wish to take a moment and unwind on parasols and sun-loungers with mountain draped backdrops across the sea to complete the idyllic and blissful scenes. Or take part in some wind-surfing and water-sports and have an exhilarating time or simply voyage the seas with the entire group on a boat tour of the beautiful and historic coast!
