Despite its convenient location, walking distance from Pollensa town, the property offers a peaceful oasis amongst olive & palm trees with stunning views over the surrounding area. The owners of Villa Deluxe Marron have tastefully furnished the interiors in a soothing blend of comfort and easy elegance with warm creams and light pastels dominating the look. The flexible accommodation offered inside the property means it’s easy to find the perfect setup for your needs.
Inside this luxury four-bed Majorcan villa you’ll find an open plan lounge with comfortable sofas and plasma TV. Leading from here your will find an open plan dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with all the mod cons. The kitchen area is truly spectacular, spacious and is equipped with the latest cooking technology for a convenient and unforgettable villa experience. Upstairs you will find 3 x double bedrooms all en-suite. 2 of these bedrooms feature Juliette balconies and 1 has a lavish freestanding bathtub. 1 x bedroom on the ground floor leading directly out to the garden. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have fitted wardrobes and are designed with comfort in mind.
Outside Villa Deluxe Marron provide a peaceful ambiance for relaxing, swimming and al fresco dining. The generous size swimming pool offers a shallow paddling section which is the ultimate cool down on a hot summer’s day. The tranquil garden offers the perfect place to relax with family and friends for a Mediterranean break.

About the surrounding area of Deluxe MarronPollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Mallorca’s finest beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobble streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the famous church and discover traditional outlets selling a range of local food and arts. With a very popular Sunday morning market, definitely worth a visit, you will find all the local produce on sale. The famous Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but be warned that to get to the top you must climb 365 steps, however it is worth it once you are at the top.
Puerto Pollença has some beautiful beaches, and at some of them you’ll find water sports available. This family-friendly and laid-back location in Mallorca has some lovely restaurants and activities ready for the family to experience and enjoy. The warm summer evenings are ideal for taking strolls along the pedestrianised promenades along the front which lead towards the famous Pine Walk 1.9km. With the use of public transport, you’ll be able to explore the nearby locations and find even more for the whole family to experience.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Deluxe Marron is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn where kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a very shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Absolutely gorgeous villa and brilliantly located
The villa is a stones throw away from the old town of Pollença, where you can find numerous lovely shops and restaurants. The villa itself has everything you could need and is thoughtfully laid out. We stayed here with my 20 month old niece and she was also so happy here The accommodation itself was stylish, child friendly, extremely comfortable and lots of space. The outdoor space was fantastic with a brilliant pool and garden space. We loved staying here!
