Location is everything for this beautiful split-level, 4-bedroom townhouse. Well-appointed and sitting in the very heart of the vibrant and iconic Roman town of Pollensa. This is an enviable, ultra-desirable location, perfect for a town getaway, and with a range of excellent amenities all within close walking distance. The character interior harmoniously blends wooden beams, exposed stonework and traditional artefacts including a modern style metal staircase.

Even in the height of summer, experience a cool comfortable night’s sleep, thanks to the air conditioning throughout. During a scenic stroll through the town, you can admire the churches, quirky fountains and classic architecture surrounding the cobbled streets of Pollensa.

Entering the property, you will find a dining area and a separate lounge with comfortable sofas, plasma TV & DVD. A few steps up, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons, a small breakfast table and chairs, storage cupboard and access directly out the terrace & swimming pool area.

All four bedrooms are located on the upper level and comprise of 2 x twin bedrooms and 2 x double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. There is also a communal bathroom, and one of the double bedrooms has direct access out onto the upper terrace. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and are bright and airy, and the bathrooms are modern and slick.

Externally you will find the stone surface terrace area and swimming pool (5m x 2.5m) with Roman steps. Enjoy sampling your culinary efforts together in the stylish purpose-built BBQ housing which boasts, overhead roof shade, grill, sink and seating. After dinner head up to the rooftop terrace to toast the sunset whilst looking over the rooftops and the famous mountain of Puig. The impressive views from the rooftops terrace will not disappoint; this is a perfect place to wind down after an energetic day around the town.

You are also in the heart of the action during the annual fiesta of ‘Moors and Christians’ which is held on the 2nd August every year. The town is very lively with crowded streets, and the locals actually mock the grand battle in the narrow streets with music and frivolity all day long. It’s a very colourful fiesta and not one to be missed.

Casa Del Pueblo is located in the centre of Pollensa so conveniently located for all the local amenities of the town. Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Mallorca’s finest beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the famous church and discover traditional outlets selling a range of local food and arts. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top, you must climb 365 steps; however, it is worth it once you are at the top.

Puerto Pollensa offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.

Cala Sant Vincente is a small resort town in north-eastern Majorca, Spain. It consists of three small beaches, plus a few bars and restaurants catering to tourists. Located at one end of the town is the hypogeum of Cala Sant Vicenç, perhaps the most spectacular hypogeum on Mallorca.

THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Casa Del Pueblo is a welcoming townhouse retreat for all the family. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a very shallow end and roman steps providing easy access for children. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days. There is a lovely shady BBQ area to keep the children outdoors but in the shade. Cycle around the town on bicycles or to Puerto Pollensa on the purpose-built cycling lane. Spend the evenings in the local square where all the Spanish families meet, and the children play together!

Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Mallorca’s finest beaches. With a very popular Sunday morning market, definitely worth a visit, you will find all the local produce on sale. The famous Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top you must climb 365 steps, however, it is worth it once you are at the top.

Puerto Pollença has some beautiful beaches, and at some of them, you’ll find water sports available. This family-friendly and laid-back location in Mallorca has some lovely restaurants and activities ready for the family to experience and enjoy. The warm summer evenings are ideal for taking strolls along the pedestrianised promenades along the front, which lead towards the famous Pine Walk 1.9km. With the use of public transport, you’ll be able to explore the nearby locations and find even more for the whole family to experience.

Alcudia Waterpark - Located in a prime area in Port de Alcudia and just a few meters away from the town centre. Covering an area of close to 40.000 square metres, there is a wide variety of water rides and attractions that will delight both young and old alike!

Cala Sant Vincente - Scuba diving and snorkelling in the area of Cala Sant Vicenc is hugely popular, and there are excursions here most days during the peak season. These beaches can get very crowded in the peak months so for small children we would recommend visiting them during the quieter months.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

    Wonderfully restored/renovated town house in the centre of Pollenca. Excellent facilities and tastefully decorated with spacious accommodation. The pool area and terrace is nicely presented, again with good facilities including a food preparation area, dining area and outside toilet and attractive lighting/setting. Great location which is quite literally a couple of minute stroll from Placa Mayor.
