Villa Bernialiss spans two floors, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax. The white-washed exterior reflects the nautical vibe, complemented by sea and mountain views from the upper floor. Inside, modern and contemporary decor with a neutral color scheme adds a stylish touch.

The lounge and dining area is ideal for family gatherings. A cosy sofa invites you to relax and watch movies on the villa's TV, whilst the dining area, filled with natural light from the patio doors, is perfect for family meals. The sleek, fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare anything from snacks to full meals and a shared family bathroom with a shower can also be found on this floor for convenience.

The ground floor features the first bedroom, a spacious room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. From here, you can step directly onto the patio. Upstairs, two more bedrooms provide additional sleeping options. One has a double bed, and the other has two single beds, and both rooms have en-suite bathrooms, sharing a large terrace with stunning mountain and sea views.

Outside, the relaxation continues. Comfortable seating areas invite you to unwind, and the outdoor dining table is perfect for meals in the fresh air. The grill is ready for barbecues, and the large pool is perfect for a refreshing dip.

THE REGION

Puerto del Carmen is the main tourist town on the island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Tías. Most of Lanzarote's over 1 million visitors per year choose this town as their destination. As a result, it remains Lanzarote's most popular resort, now sprawling along 7km of the island's south-central coast.

With sunshades, four lanes deep, and just 10-minute drive southwest from the airport, Lanzarote's original purpose-built resort is a primarily British-geared hub packed with bars, restaurants, clubs, jet skis, dive schools, banana boats, sports screens, and plenty of shopping.

Villa Bernialiss, located in the tranquil Los Mojones area, is perfect for families with children. This modern, air-conditioned property features sea and mountain views from a large terrace. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town and harbor, and 15 minutes to the main beach and Avenida in Puerto del Carmen.

The villa offers three spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and French doors leading to the pool or terrace, as well as a combination of double and twin beds, ideal for children to have their own space.

With a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and a private pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and BBQ area, Villa Bernialiss provides everything needed for a relaxing family holiday. Parents should note, however, that the private pool is unfenced, so children should be well-supervised when playing by the pool area.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit £250 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights during peak season. 4 nights all other times. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, this is available and included in the rental price between November - April inclusive. Outside of these months, this will be at an additional cost of £100 per week (to be paid to OT prior to travel). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Tourist Tax included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs - Please note that the advertised price is based on 4 people, an extra person would have an extra cost of £15 per person, per day. - Please note that during high season, all bookings will be based on the max capacity rate.
- First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travels stays free. Please enquire.
- Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels provided weekly or mid-stays of 10 - 13 nights.
- The lead guest must be at least 18 years of age.
- Please be considerate of your neighbours and mindful of noise levels.
- Cots and high chairs are available upon request at an additional cost of £15 per week, per item.

    The villa was perfect and to a very high spec. Would definitely recommend.
    Only downside for us was that there was only one Key and we sometimes didn’t all want to go out at the same time.

    The villa was better than we expected. It had everything you would want for a home far from home. It was perfect for the kids as they could be in the pool all day if they wished. Shops, restaurants and beach were within a 10-15 min walk away. We would definitely do another holiday using one of Oliver’s travels villas.
