You can talk and laugh and enjoy one another’s company wherever you are, and with huge doors leading out onto the terrace, the fun won’t stop here either! A welcoming casualness ensures you feel totally at peace, while the attention to detail adds an extra special touch! The fabulous coffee table and sideboard in impressive wood complement the gorgeous exposed stone interiors and echo the patterned tiles in the kitchen - all beautifully bringing in the sense of the natural, vibrant world beyond the villa! A large dining table ensures you can all dine together here, and the breakfast bar in your fantastic kitchen is ideal for more casual snacks.
Each of these three bedrooms is as inviting as the next - tempting you to climb between these silky smooth sheets and rest in paradise! From each stunning, ornate bed, you can enjoy the same spectacular sea views, so you can rise and stretch and see straight out onto the twinkling blue expanse of the Ionian Sea! All of the rooms offer a magnificent terrace or even direct pool access, putting you even closer to the sunshine and sea air of this gorgeous location! And with an ensuite bathroom accompanying each room, you can pamper yourself in peace and privacy, with no waiting around for a shower!
Your magnificent garden is the most picturesque spot to put your feet up and soak in the senses all around you - from the gentle sea breeze and scent of fragrant pines to the breathtaking views across the Ionian Sea! The dazzling centrepiece is, of course, this gorgeous private pool, with an elegant decking surrounding it, bursting with sumptuous loungers for you to kick back and relax in between soothing dips in its cool depths. This stunning pergola frames the exquisite view through elegant drapes, creating an even more surreal scene across the sea and distant beach. Enjoy a glass of something as you gaze out over the sunshine shimmering over the sea or the vibrant splashes of sunset colours across this expansive sky!

About the surrounding area of Villa KatoTucked on the verdant hillside of ‘The Caribbean of Greece’, Villa Kato is ideally located amid the fragrant pines, overlooking the turquoise sea and just minutes from the beach!
The local Tsoukalades village, a few minutes walk away, is delightfully tucked in the mountains of the rich, verdant interiors, only a few minutes inland. Stone houses line the few small streets and create a perfect traditional picture among the fragrant pine trees which cascade down to the coast in a stunning sea of green. Take the beautiful forest path from the town down to the stunning Pefkoulia beach for a perfect morning in nature! The fabulous village is wonderfully traditional in many ways. In recent years as tourism has slowly begun to pick up, there has been a little extra investment in the area, bringing in a few amenities to make your stay the smoothest and most enjoyable it can be!
The village is wonderfully peaceful, mainly residential, with quaint tavernas and a bakery tucked amid the houses, waiting to offer you local treats. The local beach is fantastically secluded, too, with few visitors. It’s perfect for quiet dips in the shimmering turquoise sea!
Nestled in between Kefalonia and Corfu in the spectacular Ionian Sea, Lefkada is a tranquil, enchanting island. Often called ‘The Caribbean of Greece’, Lefkada boasts some of the most beautiful natural landscapes of any of the Greek islands, and you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to day trips and adventures – however much adrenaline or tranquillity you’re seeking – it’s all on offer here!
Stretching 35km north to south and 15km east to west, you can truly enjoy the whole island during your stay, whether that’s the stunning, untouched expanses of the West Coast, or the more traditional east coast, with its livelier resorts and countless stunning beaches!
And if you’ve got plenty of time and fancy even more of an adventure, there are also regular car ferries to Kefalonia, Ithaca and Meganissi. These surrounding islands are unmissable and truly enchanting and offer a slightly different view of the stunning seas and islands all around you in this breathtaking part of the world!
As with all of the Greek islands, you can be sure of a huge welcome on Lefkada. Getting There
How to reach Lefkada island
You can easily reach Lefkas by car from mainland Greece, via the bridge connecting Lefkada with Aitoloakarnania. Lefkada island does not have an airport.

Thanks to this open-plan design, whether you’re cooking, dining or watching the TV, you can keep an eye on the kids whether they’re indoors or out, as these large double doors leading to this lovely balcony ensure you can keep an eye on them down on the pool terrace too!
For a quick dip in the morning to get the day off to the best possible start, the spectacular Agios Ioannis Beach is just a stone’s throw away, so close you can see it from just about every room in the villa!
And there’s no doubt Lefkada has plenty of opportunities for families to make incredible memories together. The water sports on offer throughout the surrounding Ionian Sea are second-to-none, with plenty of scuba diving to enjoy the crystal clear water and its hidden gems, plus water-skiing, jet-skiing, stand-up paddle boarding, and so much more! Nydri Beach is well known as a great all-rounder beach, while Vasiliki Beach is brilliant for windsurfing and is a lively spot with plenty of activity going on! Lefkada is also a fantastic spot for a sail, so do give it a try during your stay for a unique experience!
It is the beaches you’re after; on the stunning east coast of Lefkada, you’ll find a handful of small, incredibly picturesque resorts, including Nydri, the largest and most spectacular, as well as Lygia, Nikiana and Perigiali. Nydri, just over half an hour from the villa, sees a 2km strip of elegant hotels, stylish restaurants and bars and several local shops set back from the magnificent beach!
For the perfect day trip, continue travelling south from Nydri to reach Vasiliki, around 45 minutes from the villa. Known for its windsurfing centre, it draws a youthful, athletic crowd for water sports and has abundant restaurants and bars as well as a spectacular sandy beach!
Round on the west coast, meanwhile, you’ll get some of the most unspoilt and exciting beaches for a picturesque day with the kids. Kathisma offers plenty of amenities if you’re looking for a full-day experience, while Porto Katsiki is calmer, nestled inside a towering cliff that frames the most wonderful sandy beach.
