Set high above La Londe-les-Maures in a gated domaine close to an 18-hole golf course, this architectural villa offers a refined escape framed by forested hills and mountain views. Crafted from Vosges wood and designed with clean, contemporary lines, the home’s warm minimalism creates a rare harmony between nature and design. A true one-of-a-kind retreat, it’s a place where sophistication, and natural beauty converge.
The upper level is the social heart of the home—an expansive, light-filled living space. A bespoke wooden dining table seamlessly flows from the sleek kitchen island, comfortably seating twelve. The kitchen itself is a chef’s dream, fully equipped and strikingly original in design. The lounge area invites relaxed gatherings with generous designer seating and a large TV screen for film nights in. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens onto a wide terrace, perfect for al fresco dining or evening aperitifs, with views over the swimming pool below and surrounding hills.
Downstairs, four bedrooms continue the villa’s curated style, each with its own en-suite, TV and terrace, one ideal for families with two double beds and a bunk-bed. On the same level, a dedicated workspace and laundry area add convenience for longer stays.
The centre of La Londe-les-Maures is just 10 minutes away by car, while the glorious sands of Plage de l'Argentière are just a little further. Fall in love with the bougainvillea-clad village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, soak up the seaside vibrancy of Le Lavandou and discover the vineyards of La Croix Valmer. Meanwhile, other day trips include the idyllic island of Porquerolles and even glamourous Saint-Tropez.
For those seeking a restful escape infused with design flair, not too far from many highlights of the French Riviera, this unique villa promises a stay that’s both stylish and restorative.

What you should know
Guests need to be able to safely manage many stairs/steps across the property grounds (including a staircase to the entrance from the road above).
Due to the villa’s steep grounds and unprotected terraces with very low walls, this house is not suitable for young children.

Outstanding Landscapes
In the Maures foothills above La Londe-les-Maures, this part of the French Riviera is a relaxed yet refined base for discovering some of the Côte d’Azur’s most enchanting pockets.
Terrasse Ensoleilee is located in a private gated domaine near the edge of an 18-hole golf course. The heart of La Londe-les-Maures is a 7.5km drive away with its café terraces, restaurants and lovely Sunday morning Provençal market. A little further, gorgeous beaches await such as Plage Tamaris (10km) by the marina and Plage de l'Argentière (10km).
Just a short drive east, Le Lavandou (16km) and Bormes-les-Mimosas (14km) invite slow exploration. Le Lavandou’s long, sandy bays and vibrant seafront cafés are ideal for a day by the water, while the terracotta-roofed beauty of Bormes—bursting with floral colour and Provençal charm—is made for meandering strolls and don’t miss the weekly market.
One of the region’s greatest pleasures lies just offshore. Board a boat from various marinas and sail to the Îles d’Hyères—a protected archipelago where pine forests fringe sandy coves and snorkelling reveals a kaleidoscope of marine life.
Back on dry land, coastal walking trails deliver panoramic drama. Try the Plage de Gigaro (42km) to Cap Lardier route, where paths weave between gnarled cork oaks and shimmering sea vistas. Nature feels close here, yet never far from comfort, and wine-lovers note that the vineyards of La Croix-Valmer (42km) await.
For something more vibrant, head east to Cavalaire-sur-Mer (35km), where beach clubs and family-friendly shores come together in a laid-back Riviera setting. Or make a day of it in Saint-Tropez (45km), where the pastel harbour and high-end boutiques are best balanced with a lazy afternoon at Plage de Pampelonne (49km), toes in the sand and rosé in hand at one of the iconic beach’s exclusive establishments.
The Region
The Provençal way of life is one that’s deeply tempting for anyone who’s been feeling the need to get away from it all. This is a place where the Mediterranean weather turns fields of corn and lavender into picture-perfect backdrops, where you can sip your locally bought wine and enjoy the landscapes before heading out and tackling them head-on with a range of great activities for families, groups of friends and adventurous foodies. Better yet, our range of villas in Provence and chateaux and holiday homes in the Côte d’Azur make the perfect base to explore this enchanting region!
