This one-storey, detached, four-double-bedroom house can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for a family holiday or a group of friends sharing. The house is set in its own grounds, with a fenced-in lawned garden populated with shady pine trees, a driveway with private parking, and a swimming pool. Enter your holiday home from home, where you will be welcomed by a huge, light and airy open-plan living space with floor-to-ceiling doors that give access to the garden and pool terrace. The house is stylishly furnished with contemporary pieces and decorated in a clever monochrome colour scheme with softer shades of grey highlights. There are two seating areas, a family space with a dove grey L-shaped sofa, armchairs, a glass coffee table, bookshelves, and a smart TV, with an Amazon firestick. The second seating area has a black and white striped rug, with a sectional sofa, side tables, a sideboard, and another smart TV. The recently renovated white and granite grey marble kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your stay, including an American-style family-size fridge freezer and a breakfast with tall stools. The adjacent eight-seater dining set is perfect for some formal indoor entertaining.

The house has four well-appointed spacious double bedrooms. The Master Suite has a king size bed, a large dresser, a loveseat, a work station with a desk and chair, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and bedrooms three and four both have two single beds. There are two shared bathrooms, with showers, hand basins and WCs. A laundry room with a washer and dryer completes the accommodation.

Step out onto the paved terrace, where you will find a step entry, freeform swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and patio chairs. Meet at the soft seating set for morning coffee and sunset cocktails. As dusk falls, dine alfresco at the outdoor dining set, with dishes fresh off the barbeque.
