With its two floors, this villa offers ample space for a party of eight, making it an ideal choice for families. It is further enhanced by a dedicated games room and outdoor play equipment for the little ones.

 

As you step into the ground floor, a bright, airy space welcomes you, adorned with sleek monochrome tones and Banksy artwork on the walls. The L-shaped black sofa invites relaxation, creating a perfect spot to catch up on your favourite TV shows. This space seamlessly integrates a fully-equipped kitchen and a formal dining area, extending into the inviting garden.

Over the water, you can see the city of Split, the second largest city in Croatia. The old town here is a must-visit location and a beautiful maze of narrow lanes packed with historic palaces, museums, and eateries.

Security deposit €500 charged to client’s credit card before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service.
Minimum stay 7 nights from June to mid September.
5 nights all other dates.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
