Azure skies and the island’s gentle sea breeze will draw you outside to the villa’s stone terrace each morning, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or take in the enchanting ocean vistas as you sip a freshly brewed cup of coffee. Later on, if a refreshing afternoon swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea takes your fancy, Casa Cos provides guests with direct access to the ocean, while the secluded shores of a pretty pebble beach are only five hundred metres away. The fragrant Mediterranean greenery of the villa’s private garden offers shade and seclusion to those who wish to spend the day lounging by the pool. On the terrace, guests will also find a covered dining area and a traditional Dalmatian grill, offering the ideal setting for a sunset dinner or a romantic glass of wine under the stars.

Inside the villa, the lower ground floor features a spacious double bedroom with a well-appointed kitchenette and a modern en-suite bathroom. A convenient laundry room and the villa’s private wine cellar are also on this level. Meanwhile, a bright and airy mezzanine floor offers two more welcoming bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. Casa Cos is located in the coastal area of Puntinak, less than two kilometres from the centre of Selca, a picturesque Dalmatian village known throughout Croatia for its proud tradition of masonry and enchanting buildings made from white Brač stone. The main square of Selca is home to an imposing neo-Romanesque church, often called Brač Cathedral, while a sunny afternoon spent wandering along the narrow streets of Selca gives visitors a chance to encounter traditional stone facades, local shops and excellent restaurants. Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. Change of towels every 3 days. Change of bed linen once a week or upon request.
Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is included in rental price. It is good to note that the speed is dependent on the local provider and technical issues may cause reduced speed or cut of service
Minimum stay 7 nights from 1st June - 31 August. 5 nights all other dates.
Changeover day Saturday from 1st June - 31 August. Any day all other dates.
