This exceptional villa comprising of two semi-detached houses connected via a gorgeous veranda is set on a small hill, within easy walking distance from the stunning beaches of Roda and Acharavi. Villa Regina Rossa is conveniently located between the popular resorts of Kassiopi and Sidari, just a short 20-minute drive to either destination, in the northern part of Corfu.
Enjoying breathtaking views over the Ionian sea and in a quiet and intimate location, the property is particularly suitable for large groups. Equipped with a plethora of child-friendly facilities such as toys and a ping-pong table, as well as impressive outside grounds, the villa is perfect for families. The bright red-coloured villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, ideal for spending long days out splashing about in the beautiful pool, soaking up the sun in the spacious terrace and enjoying gourmet meals in the lovely barbecue area.
The main house spreads over three floors, and it houses four of the seven bedrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an open, breezy living space. The guesthouse offers enough space to accommodate the remaining six guests, and a second kitchen and lounge. Villa Regina Rossa offers its guests state-of-the-art amenities in a superb environment, providing all key ingredients for a truly unforgettable holiday experience in one of the most incredible islands in the whole Mediterranean sea.
*The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests across standard and sofa beds. However, 2 extra beds can be added in the 2 single bedrooms increasing capacity to 16, as well as any additional baby cots.
What you should know…
- It's an easy walk downhill to the beach, but perhaps a little less easy coming back up the hill later on in the day, especially after a visit to a local taverna!

About the surrounding area of Villa Regina RossaNestled in the middle of a pristine countryside area, Villa Regina Rossa enjoys a privileged, isolated position, yet at a short distance from impressive seaside resorts such as Roda and Acharavi, which share 7 km of amazing Blue-Flag winner golden sand and pebble beaches.
Equally attractive bays with tiny beaches and a plethora of vibrant bars and tavernas can also be found in the settlement of Sidari. This exciting resort is also renowned for its "Channel of Love" with several caves underneath to be explored by the most adventurous ones.
A 15-minutes drive will also take you to Kassiopi, a charming, little village famous for its countless sandy beaches, watersport clubs, traditional tavernas serving mouth-watering local dishes. Kassiopi boasts a few lively night bars which have turned it into an extremely attractive destination, ideal for all ages.

How to reach Corfu island
There are two ways to get to Corfu island: either by flight or by ferry.
By plane: During April to October, several direct flights arrive to "Ioannis Kapodistrias" Airport from Europe as Corfu is one of the most popular travel destinations in Greece. During these months, the airport also receives many domestic flights every day from Athens and Thessaloniki.
By ferry: Travelling by ferry is the most popular way of transport in Greece. Ferries to Corfu depart from Patra and Igoumenitsa. If you are travelling from Europe, Corfu is easily accessible by ferry from Venice, Bari, Brindisi or Ancona too. Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Regina Rossa is particularly well catered for big families and children. With seven bedrooms in total, there is plenty of options to fight over who stays in which room! The lower ground floor of the main house features a double bedroom with direct access to a bedroom with two single sofa beds - perfect for parents with small children.
The large, landscaped gardens are a dream come true for children, plenty of spots to play hide-and-seek or whatever the imagination calls for! With plenty of toys and a ping-pong table available at the villa, both children and adults alike are bound to enjoy some quality time together! Surely the centrepiece of the terrace is the 60sqm fantastic private pool, the perfect place for splashing, swimming and snoozing around! It even features a shallow end, where even the smallest members of the family will savour their time here.
If you ever get out of this magnificent villa, the nearby Roda beach has plenty of facilities catering for children. The sun loungers and parasols can be rented for the day for an economical amount, and most of them are part of a beachside taverna, where the little ones can feast on souvlakis, tzatziki and other delicious Greek nibbles. Alternatively, you can experience the fantastic Corfian scenery on a hiking trail or visiting one of the lagoons that are abounding with flora and fauna.

| End of stay cleaning included? | Yes and light cleaning 5 days a week also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. |

Absolutely beautiful
Have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Regina Rossa. As well as the Villa being absolutely beautiful and offering the most stunning views, Roda is only a short distance away and has an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. All of the people working in the town are so hospitable and friendly, it’s heartwarming.
Stamatis who owns the villa is so helpful. Whenever we contacted him for information or support he responded immediately, with an easy going manner.
The housekeeper Athena is discreet and goes about her business in a non intrusive way.
A thoroughly memorable holiday, enjoyed by the whole group, comprising of 11 people, aged 20-75.

Stunning villa
Stunning villa with great views over Roda and the coast of Albania. Would recommend hiring a vehicle as it is up a hill but if you are happy with a walk it's within half hour of roda.
