Set along the hillside of Ao Po peninsula on Phuket’s east coast, Villa Nautilus is an opulent and luxurious five-bedroom retreat with spectacular views across Phang Nga Bay. This villa provides an idyllic getaway location for large families, groups of friends or multiple couples seeking a luxury haven far from the tourist crowds.
This sleek and open-plan villa is the epitome of modern design; with its airy double-height ceiling, the upper floor offers ample indoor and outdoor living space for all your friends and family to relax in comfort. With a large indoor dining table for 10 and a large living area with a huge leather sofa,
the fantastic open-plan dining/living area provides the perfect communal space for guests can relax together.
This includes a stunning guest kitchen with breakfast bar, oven and modern appliances, separate TV room with L-shaped sofa, TV, DVD player and Sonos speakers, study area, cosy family room and even a private spa room with its own massage bed. The villa’s private chef is on hand to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner from a suggestion menu of Thai cuisine with some Western selections.
Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets). The entire living area has sliding glass doors with direct access to the pool terrace, commanding spectacular views of Phang Nga Bay.
This five-bedroom villa sleeps 10 adults comfortably; each of the five bedrooms is a tranquil haven, with ensuite bathrooms and a choice of twin, queen or king-sized beds making the villa ideal for families (1 master with king-sized bed; 2 king-bedded guest rooms; 1 guest room with queen-sized bed; 1 twin-bedded guest room).
All the bedrooms have been sumptuously decorated and feature stunning sea views. This spacious, chic villa provides guests with stylish and tranquil surroundings, easing guests into a blissful state of holiday living.
Outside, there is an impressive 20-metre infinity pool with jacuzzi jets and amazing views over Phang Nga Bay. Surrounding the pool is a large sundeck, comfortable sofas, sun loungers, a fantastic barbecue and outdoor dining for eight. Just a few steps down from the pool is a mezzanine terrace surrounding sunken dining/lounge area, with a four-hole putting green for honing your golf skills!
Whether you are escaping to the villa’s luxurious spa room for a Thai massage, lounging by the pool reading a good book, or enjoying a drink on the terrace while watching the sunset, Villa Nautilus has something for everyone.

About the surrounding area of Villa NautilusAo Po peninsula lies on the northeastern fringe of Phuket with spectacular views across Phang Nga Bay. One of nine villas on The Estate Beachfront, Villa Nautilus is set on a large hillside plot with views stretching from a mangrove-lined beach below to towering karst islands in the distance.
The shallow bay is not ideal for swimming, but it’s a favourite spot for local fisherman to wade in and cast their nets.
Only a 30-minute drive from Phuket airport, the villa is in a prime position for exploring Phuket’s peaceful east coast and the stunning bays and islands of Phang Nga, especially with Ao Po Grand Marina, a superyacht haven, just a 15-minute walk away.
Boat trips can be arranged from the marina or at the nearby Ao Po pier, and there’s regular speedboat ferry service to Koh Yao Noi and Koh Yao Yai from Bang Rong Pier.

Best Suited For: All AgesVilla Nautilus is a fantastic family villa; facilities include a high chair; a baby cot; pool toys and beach toys. The villa’s guest relations manager will also have a wealth of information about nearby places of interest and will help arrange transport and make any bookings required. There is no shortage of activities in Phuket; guests are spoilt for choice!
Guests can explore the delights of the Andaman Sea aboard a luxury yacht charter, or on a scuba diving or snorkelling excursion. The beautiful sights of Phang Nga Bay are visible from the villa itself, and the Raya Islands, Similan Islands, Koh Phi Phi and more are all within an easy day’s sail. Phuket has a brilliant beach club scene: decadent brunches, DJ dance parties and romantic sunset dinners are all within a short distance of Grand Villa Noi.
The natural hot springs in Phang Nga are worth a visit, and The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa is happy to accommodate day-trippers who are looking to relax on the spacious property. There are two hot pools as well as two cold pools, and an on-site restaurant to grab a bite to eat and refreshments before dipping into the pools once again.
For those that love watersports, windsurfing, wakeboarding, sea kayaking or standup paddling can be easily arranged. For those that prefer to stay on dry land, guests can enjoy a round of golf at the Laguna Phuket Golf Club, Blue Canyon, Mission Hills or other fantastic Phuket golf courses on offer. For the adrenaline junkies, there is ATV riding, zip line sessions and bungy jumping, as well as beautiful waterfalls to visit and mysterious jungle trails to follow.
Splash Jungle Water Park, located close to Natai Beach, offers various attractions such as a wave pool, water slides and a water play area. There is also a restaurant on-site, as well as a swim-up bar to enjoy a refreshment or two.
Take a cultural tour of Phuket’s rich history and traditional life, learn more about the history behind the restored Sino-Portuguese shops and mansions and sample some of the island’s best local cuisine. There are countless temples and religious monuments to visit in Phuket; those that seek to immerse themselves in the Thai culture will not be disappointed.
Guests can also learn how to make fragrant, spicy and flavourful Thai cuisine in a cookery class at the nearby Nahmyaa restaurant in Como Point Yamu resort, or try a class with the master of Thai fusion, Chef Tammasak “Noi” Chootong, who has opened a new branch of his celebrated Suay restaurant in nearby Cherng Talay.
