The resort’s Ocean Pool Suites are delightful havens that have been beautifully designed to offer totally privacy and romance. The suites enjoy spectacular expansive Andaman Sea views, gorgeous terraces, a small sensual infinity pool, a heavenly bedroom, an immaculate bathroom and an outdoor shower. No expense has been spared when designing and finishing the suites. You will discover a gorgeous bathroom finished in white terrazzo with an oversized bath overlooking the sea. About the surrounding area of Ocean Pool SuiteThe amazing Paresa Resort is nestled within a lush forest on the cliff tops in Kamala. It is a fabulous location close to Patong and Kalim Beach which allows you to explore this stunning island.
Phuket is a beach-lover’s paradise with an adventurous twist. Thailand’s largest island lingers on the southwest coast, kissed by the gorgeous Andaman Sea. The island boasts thirty six stunning beaches, chic beach clubs, a lush jungly tangle and a characterful capital city Phuket Town. You will find some of the best street food in Phuket Old Town, including Burmese curries, crunchy samosas, freshly baked roti, smokey satay, Hokkien noodles and dim sum. Paresa Resort enjoys its own fabulous restaurant and you will taste heavenly wonders throughout the island.
A ten to fifteen minute drive takes you to Kalim Beach where you can enjoy its colourful street food market and visit plenty of amazing restaurants. Kalim is perfect if you are looking to enjoy a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist resorts.
Patong is also close by. It is one of Phuket’s most popular destinations with its 3 kilometre stretch of sensational coastline, plentiful watersports and excellent nightlife. There are many wonderful restaurants, lively bars, clubs, live music and even Muay Thai fights. Patong is home to the famous Bangla Walking Street with all types of nightlife from the mild to the more extreme. You will also discover Phuket’s largest shopping mall, perfect for souvenirs and great deals. The Patong Boxing Stadium and Bangla Boxing Stadium host Muay Thai boxing matches between amateur and professional fighters. A little further south of Patong is Tri Trang Beach, another tranquil spot for swimming, snorkeling and watersports.
Further away, Phang Nga Bay is famous for its many dramatic limestone islands, cliffs and rock formations. The distinctive rock formations jut vertically out of the glistening, emerald green water and at low tide fascinating cave tunnels are exposed. Kayaks can venture in and discover the hidden lagoons.
Thrill seeking guests will enjoy a challenging adventure into the wilds using the resort’s mountain bikes and with national park guides. Not for the faint hearted, guests can experience extreme rock climbing and extreme mountain biking. You can also swim and learn survival techniques through the wilds of southern Thailand’s jungles.
The Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, the island’s truly ethical camp for injured and aged elephants, was opened in 2016 by the British conservationist Louise Rogerson. The Treetops Elephant Reserve, near Big Budda Hill, was subsequently opened by her to educate visitors on the lives of elephants. Both are fantastic excursions.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe Ocean Pool Suites at Paresa come with one spacious bedroom that offers a sofabed that can be used to sleep two children. The suites are wonderful and children thoroughly enjoy having their own pool. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle to Kamala Beach which is ideal for families with its shallow clear water.
Phuket offers much entertainment for children. The Phuket Tiger Kingdom hand raises Indochinese tigers in captivity from birth until their final days. The tigers get fed at 19.00 each day but the park gets very busy so you may want to visit early. Animal lovers may also enjoy a visit to the Soi Dog Foundation. The foundation sterilises approximately 12,000 animals a year making the streets and roads safer for everyone. Toh Sae Hill, Monkey Hill is the highest hill in Phuket Town with over 400 macaques living in little groups.
At The Phuket Elephant Sanctuary children will learn why they should never ride an elephant. It is the final home for retired working elephants set on 30 acres of lush tropical jungle. Children will be able to observe how elephants rehabilitate into forest life after decades of abuse and experience how incredible the largest land mammal is during a day at the sanctuary. The gentle giants enjoy their newfound freedom, socialise with each other and bathe freely in the expansive fresh water lagoons. Your visit will leave you inspired and in awe of the majestic animals. You can also see elephants at Pang Chang Kamala.
Thrill-seeking children will love the adventures at Flying Hanuman. It is a thirty five minute drive inland. The park boasts sixteen ziplines running throughout the jungle forest together with forty two platforms, three sky bridges, three abseil points, three spiral stairways, a sky rail, a dual zipline and a wilderness walk. Children aged four and above can take part.
The Phuket Fantasea Show is a 140 acre complex with masses of entertainment including a Las Vegas style theatre show that showcases the best of Thailand’s myths and mysteries, a carnival village, a fantastic restaurant, shopping complex and handicrafts.
The Phuket Trickeye Museum is an interactive museum that stimulates your imagination and creativity. Visitors become part of the 3D art. It is great fun.
Kamala is home to Phuket FantaSea. There are live performances and shopping at Festival village. The Tsunami Memorial Park in Kamala showcases beautiful artwork while providing the opportunity to educate young people about the catastrophic tsunami of 2004.
Children love boat trips where they can discover an abundance of nature and wildlife off the coastline.

This is one of the greatest resort for gateaways. I recommend honeymooners and those looking peaceful and relaxing vacations to go to this resort. The food is delicious, the service is great. The views are spectacular in all aspects and from every single corner of the resort. I stayed in the ocean pool suite and i highly recommend it.
