1,211 square metres of luxury await you, alongside a welcome drink, refreshing towel and fresh fruit on your arrival, so you can begin your holiday as you mean to go on: in blissful comfort and relaxation!
And the endless living spaces, both inside and out, will ensure you have the perfect environment in which to do so! For some quality time together, especially after a long day of exploring the fabulous island, you can retire to the TV lounge, with books, sofas and of course a large TV for the perfect night in!
A state-of-the-art gym facility will provide the space for health-conscious guests to keep up their fitness routines, and if at any point you simply need a little ‘me-time’, book in one of our signature spa journeys or a restorative treatment in your villa's dedicated spa area! And as the day draws on, do take a wander into your wine cellar and see what delights there are to sample in the privacy of your wonderful villa!
There are four sublime bedrooms. A master suite with a private dressing room and gorgeous ensuite bathroom, including a sunken alfresco bathtub, is flanked on three sides by the fabulous pool! With a desk built into the back of the enormous bed, you might even find the time to write home!
There are two more incredible double rooms, similarly styled with exquisite floor-to-ceiling windows. Finally, there is a bunk room ideal for the kids with a sofa for chilling out together and its own private ensuite! A private balcony serves each room, so you can relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the location in solitude. The kids will adore their snaking slide from their treehouse bedroom into the pool – maybe they’ll even let you have a go!
Your garden is a wondrous fusion of indoor and outdoor spaces, with enchanting open-air terraces throughout and a fabulous array of furniture from which to enjoy the stunning sea views! The shimmering pool is the gorgeous heart of the garden, with loungers and sofas all around it for the perfect sunbathing spot!
Settle in here for a breath-taking sunset and a night of joy under the stars. With alfresco dining and plenty of casual seating, you can spend endless days soaking up the tranquil natural ambience and making the most of this delightful location!

About the surrounding area of Soneva 4 Bedroom Bayview Pool ReserveThe fifth-largest island in Thailand, Ko Kut (also known as Koh Kood) is a tropical paradise for nature-lovers and those looking for a calm retreat alike: a secluded world of vast jungle-clad mountains interspersed with magnificent waterfalls!
Whether you’re after a traditional beach retreat of sandcastles, paddling and sun-bathing or the allure of the wilderness, this rain-forested, mountainous island in the Gulf of Thailand, home to 300-year-old Macca Trees, has something for everyone!
A full coastline of cotton soft sandy beaches with lapping waters clear as crystal: this is truly heaven: as suited to tranquil relaxation as exploration, with world-class kayaking, snorkelling, paddle-boarding, diving and sailing on offer!
Our expert instructors would be delighted to provide Scuba or Open Water Diving courses in the House Reef, totally free of coral bleaching with 58% live coral cover and a wonderful, diverse array of coral species as well as turtles, stingrays, barracudas and sometimes even sea horses! Or for a more relaxed vibe, take our private boat along the coast and stop off at any bay you like for a dip, sunbathe or even a snorkel!
We highly recommend a snorkelling trip to the natural underwater beauties of Koh Rang Yai National Marine Park and Koh Rang Yai National Marine Park to explore the rich, unspoilt coral reefs and underwater animal sculptures that have been created here, as well as to see brightly coloured marine life including yellow fusiliers, diamond fish and chevron barracuda!
This is the best island in Thailand for lovers of beaches, jungles and waterfalls. With no vehicular access to the island, it remains beautifully unspoilt and calm, allowing you to escape the stresses of modern life. There are only a few small restaurants on the island, serving up some fantastic, freshly caught seafood and traditional Thai cuisine.
With so few inhabitants (the local population is estimated at under 2,500), and indeed more coconut palms than buildings, you might just feel as though you have the island to yourself!

For children over 5, there is the fantastic ‘Children’s Den’, a giant bamboo playground shaped like a manta ray and suspended in the treetops, dedicated to learning about the environment through meaningful experiences. While the ‘Eco Den’, overseen by qualified childcare experts and local child carers, is for children aged 1-5, with age-specific activities and entertainment. A nanny is also available.
In the villa itself, you can enjoy the fabulous garden with room for all kinds of fun and games, as well as the magnificent private pool where the kids can enjoy endless hours of entertainment, and you can keep an eye on them from the comfort of a sun lounger!

The Den & Eco Den
A giant moulded bamboo playground shaped like a manta ray suspended in the treetops. The Den is dedicated to learning, excitement, and meaningful experiences. The Den is for children aged 5 and up. The Eco Den is for our youngest guests (ages 1-5 years old) and lets them take part in age-specific activities while minded by qualified childcare experts and local child carers.
