With three bedrooms in the main house and another two in the guest house, this modern Thai gem is an absolute delight. It offers wonderful entertainment spaces, inside and out.
Mountain Beach Villa enjoys a secluded, tranquil location between the mountain peaks of the spectacular Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park. With stunning views of the park’s majestic peaks and within five minutes drive or a thirty minute walk of the pristine, white sanded Secret Beach, it offers a fabulous setting perfect for bird lovers, cyclists, walkers and anyone wanting to totally relax. Sam Roi Yot is Thai for ‘three hundred peaks’. The Secret Beach is just that, a hidden secret where you will only find a few people on the glistening sands. From the villa, you cross a wetland surrounded by hills, birds and cows to visit the beach. Sam Roi Yot sits south of the vibrant, bustling district of Hua Hin. There are many attractions within very easy reach including spectacular caves, Dolphin Bay, Pranburi Beach, the dramatic peaks of the national park, wild elephants at Kui Buri, boat trips, golf, waterfalls, the Monsoon Valley Winery and much more.
Mountain Beach Villa enjoys a modern open plan living space with a smart dining area, a comfy lounge space and a contemporary kitchen boasting all the appliances you need for your self-catering stay including an espresso coffee machine and a juice maker. A smart television is provide for your entertainment with access to hundreds of international channels. The living space is drowned in natural light. The main villa offers three bedrooms, one with a super kingsize bed, another with a kingsize bed and the last with twin beds, all beautifully dressed with quality linens and attractive soft furnishings. The villa enjoys two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with a open-air double shower and the other two bedrooms share the other bathroom. The guest house is an equally attractive space with two bedrooms and a smart, immaculate bathroom.
Despite the delightful, modern interiors, guests staying at Mountain Beach Villa tend to spend most of their time outside. The villa comes with a fabulous covered terrace for alfresco dining and lounging. Your barbecue masters will enjoy cooking a delicious feast on the barbecue. The 8m x 4m swimming is popular with all guests and is surrounded by luxury loungers where you can relax, enjoying the scenery and your holiday books. An outdoor staircase takes you to a spacious rooftop terrace that enjoys spectacular views, especially at sunset and sunrise. Guests enjoy entertainment including gym equipment, games, balls, cards and board games. Mountain Beach Villa also offers three adult bikes, one children’s bike and a motorbike. To add to your holiday experience, the manager of this wonderful holiday home is happy to arrange private chefs, extra cleaning or restaurant bookings for you on request.

About the surrounding area of Mountain Beach VillaMountain Beach Villa enjoys a rural, peaceful location in the mountain area of Khao Sam Roi Yot which means ‘the mountain with three hundred peaks’. Sam Roi Yot is located three hours south of Bangkok and 60km south of Hua Hin. The Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park is phenomenal, boasting the magical Phraya Nakhon Cave with its iconic royal pavilion and enormous chamber, the stunning Kaeo Cave and the Thung Sam Roi Yot Freshwater Marsh. Brimming with spectacular beaches, limestone islands, freshwater marsh, mangrove forests and dreamy viewpoints, the park is home to a rich wildlife. The mountain forests are home to cats, dusky leaf monkeys, geckos, acaques, Malayan porcupines, Indochinese serows, Sunda slow lorises and around three hundred and fifty bird species. There are monkeys at Laem Sala Beach. You might spot spotted crakes, Jack snipes, Swinhoe snipes, steppe eagles, western marsh harriers, sharp tailed sandpipers, long-billed partridges and Baer’s pochard. You may also enjoy seeing dolphins off the coast. Wild elephants can be enjoyed at the Kui Buri Wildlife watching area in the Kui Buri National Park.
Mountain Beach Villa sits at the edge of a small farmer’s village. You can take a walk from the villa or a take a five minute drive to the village to find a few restaurants, several fresh food markets and a few shops or you can walk or cycle to the wonderful Secret Beach. For a larger supermarket, you can drive to Pranburi. This area of Thailand remains unspoilt and totally authentic. You get the chance to see large groups of wild elephants and enjoy the stunning scenery of the wetlands. You can take sunset boat tours to enjoy scenic views of the different peaks of the park. At Pranburi, you will find one of the best kitesurf beaches.
This area is fabulous for golfers. Some of the best golf in Asia is experienced at the renowned Black Mountain Golf Club in the foothills of the picturesque town of Hua Hin. The club opened in 2007 and won numerous awards. Today, as well as the golf club, Black Mountain is home to a wakeboard and water park, a popular restaurant and other recreational activities. It is forty five minutes from the villa.
Roughly thirty five minutes from the villa, Prachuap Khiri Khan is a delightful bay, a turquoise tropical paradise full of bobbing fishing boats with a honeycombed limestone mountain backdrop. The scenery is wonderful, sprinkled with hilltop temples.
Hua Hin, forty five minutes away, is a refreshing mix of city and sea. It boasts lively markets, excellent entertainment, cosmopolitan restaurants and gorgeous sands. By the mid-1920’s Hua Hin was a busy resort for the Bangkok based nobility. The Kings Rama VI and VII built summer palaces in the town. With a five mile beach and the highest density of world class golf courses, Hua Hin is very popular.
You can also visit the stunning Pa La U waterfall, the Monsoon Valley Winery, the Kaeng Krachan National Park, the Nam Tok Huai Yang National Park and the Singhon Pass furniture market.

Best Suited For: All AgesMountain Beach Villa is perfect for family holidays. You will need to consider where young children sleep as two of the bedrooms are located in the guest house. The villa may suit two families or perhaps a multi-generational family. The living area is very spacious and the garden area and pool are lovely. There are some toys, games and a children’s bike at the property for your use.
Sam Roi Yot is an excellent destination for families. It is more natural, less touristic and is quieter than some of Thailand’s bustling resorts. The Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park is spectacular with wonderful caves to visit, boat trips, rivers and plenty of animals to look out for. Children love the adventures of the park. They also enjoy seeing the wild elephants at the Kui Buri National Park.
A five minute drive or a half hour walk takes you to the wonderful Secret Beach. It is gorgeous and always quiet. Children will feel as though it is their own private beach. Pranburi Beach is another excellent option for a beach day with watersports including kitesurfing on offer for brave, older children. You can also discover the idyllic countryside of the Prachuap Khiri Khan Province by taking a scenic boat cruise along the Pranburi River. You will see traditional fishing villages along the way and enjoy the scenic beauty of the river and forest park.
The area is brilliant for cycling. There are some adult bikes and one children’s bike at the villa but you can hire more to enjoy the cycle paths and scenery. The wetlands are gorgeous and full of wildlife.
There is plenty of family friendly entertainment in Hua Hin. The Taste of Hua Hin tours are excellent. Families can explore the vibrant markets and Thai architecture including the Marueikhathaiyawan summer palace. Children love the floating market located right by the river. The Cicad night market is like a light festival and such fun. Your children will get to try lots of delicious dishes. The Swiss Sheep Farm of Hua Hin is a lovely place to visit. There are old farm vehicles, windmills and a small stream. Children can feed the sheep.
Another popular trip is to Monkey Island with its long white sandy beaches and cute monkeys. Children enjoy swimming and fishing as well as seeing the monkeys. The trip usually comes with a Thai buffet too.
The Vana Nava Waterpark is Asia’s first eco waterpark located in the heart of Hua Hin. With fantastic rides and slides as well as year-round special events, it is a wonderful trip.
The Pa La U Waterfall is beautiful. There are eleven waterfalls of different sizes, gorgeous orchids and a beautiful butterfly garden. It is a very pretty place where you can relax and enjoy nature. Taking a Thai cooking course is also popular.

Amazing location!
Mountain Beach Villa is very cozy and surrounded by beautiful nature. It's the best location for people who seek out peaceful retreat. There are several local food places around, but you can also cook there too. The kitchen is fully equipped. My friends and I enjoyed our stay a lot.

We loved our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain Beach Villa. It's located in a rather peaceful area, a bit off the main road, so it's rather calm and quiet and a really good place to relax. The location is pretty convenient too, there's a number of restaurants nearby, as well as tourist attractions, like temples, caves and a national park. The villa manager is the best, she's very hospitable and tended to all our needs.
