Located along the beautiful South-Eastern corner of Menorca, this spacious modern property will give you a peaceful holiday you desire. With four bedrooms, which sleep eight people in total, this beautiful home will provide all of the space needed for a comfortable stay; which makes it a fantastic choice for families, large groups of friends or multiple couples to spend some quality, relaxing time together in the wonderful Menorcan sun. For those looking for just that, Vistas Menorca provides just that.
Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a large entrance area with an open plan living/dining area which provides a fantastic social space. The dining table comfortably seats eight people, making it an excellent space for a glorious dinner in with your group (the local village provides excellent authentic food). The kitchen is bright, modern and well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine, which makes your night in even more perfect. Not only that, the beautiful setting of the Menorcan sun in the evening can be seen from here with the dual aspect doors which lead out onto the pool terrace.
Equally, there is plenty of room for privacy as this villa bodes ample space in all of the beautifully decorated bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a large twin bedroom which has plenty of storage space, and most importantly, French doors which lead out onto the pool terrace and garden; this bedroom has a large separate shower room. Upstairs, you will find a further spacious three bedrooms, which all feature a private and stunning view of the countryside and the sea beyond.
All of the rooms have air conditioning, and the bedrooms upstairs all have their own separate bathroom or shower room, providing the ultimate privacy whether you be in a couple of friends allowing you all to have your own space to use. Both of the twin rooms can be Super King beds if you prefer providing the opportunity to make this villa your own for your stay.
To top off this stunning villa, there is a large wrap-around terrace fully equipped, including an electric barbeque for al-fresco dining, this terrace allows for relaxing and/or dining. The beautifully lawned garden leads to the spacious 8m x 4m swimming pool, allowing you to relax in the water or around the pool on the terrace or garden area. This villa provides ample space outside, as well as inside, which is ideal for those larger groups or groups with children as there is a lot of space for them to play.
From outside, you are spoilt with the exquisite and impressive views of the countryside and the sea. About the surrounding area of Vistas MenorcaVistas Menorca is situated in Binidali which is one of several small but individual waterside villages along the South Eastern corner of Menorca, which makes it very popular for those looking for a more authentic Menorca experience. Vistas Menorca is just a short walk from a local restaurant where you will be able to experience the authentic Menorcan food right on your doorstep.
Furthermore, the villa is a short drive from the small village of Sant Climent which will provide you with all of the necessities you will need, including shops, banks, an array of stunning restaurants and bakeries etc. As well as this, the villa is just a short walk from a beautiful, glorious and sheltered beach with its newly-opened beach bar, perfect for those wanting to grab a drink and enjoy the privacy of a smaller beach.
With this villa being situated along the coast road, you will find a larger sandy beach at Binisafuller providing ample space for your group to enjoy a larger beach and the exquisite sea. Within a five minutes’ drive, you will be welcomed into the resort of Binibeca. Along this coastline, there are a lot of impressive little inlets which invite a swim in crystal-clear turquoise waters. If you are someone who adores finding hidden gems and partaking in once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, you will certainly find those changes along this coastline.
The Capital of Mahon is a fifteen-minute drive from Vistas Menorca. With this villa, you are able to have the authentic, glorious and private experience of Menorca but with the Capital of Mahon being a short drive away, you are also able to spend the day experiencing the bustling markets, shops, bars and restaurants. Stock up on your local Menorcan foods including cured meats, sausages, cheeses and fruit, which you can take back to your villa and enjoy.

THE REGION

Kids
Best Suited For: All AgesVistas Menorca offers ample room for families, with a large garden, a terrace and a private swimming pool, the children will be entertained for hours. If the children do want to get out, then the beach is only a five-minute walk from the villa which makes it perfect for guests with children, as they can take a short walk and have a completely different experience from what they have in the villa. Three of the bedrooms have twin beds, making it an ideal set up for the children.
Furthermore, the local restaurant is a stone’s throw away from the villa, which makes it ideal for families who would like an evening out which isn’t too far away. Not only that, the walk allows for the children to see the beautiful countryside and enjoy the adventure a new walk inevitably brings. Also, the local town is only a short drive, and I am sure the children will love exploring the different restaurants it has on offer.
What’s more, a short car journey will also provide the children with even more entertainment, as they can visit another luxurious beach, which is larger and full of exciting activities, such as snorkelling in the crystal-blue seas which is amazing for the children to experience as they will have the opportunity to see a lot of different types of fish in the pristine sea. They can also explore the impressive inlets, motorboat hire, jet ski hire or take a trip along the coastline to visit the port and harbour.
Family Kayaking is an excellent activity for all of the family to enjoy, and children will love to do this also. On top of this, there are many grounded activities for children to enjoy, such as mountain biking across the impressive countryside’s which can be done leisurely or as part of a larger excursion.
Due to the villa’s superb location, the airport is also a very short journey which makes it a lot easier for families as the shorter car journey means the children can start to enjoy the villa and its surrounding almost immediately.
