Newly renovated, all rooms in the property have been finished to a high specification and none more so than the chic modern expanse of the impressive open plan living/ dining area on the ground floor. Freshly designed in hues of blue and crisp white, this beautiful light space offers the ultimate in contemporary design, whilst not compromising on comfort with two sofas, from which to enjoy that tremendous view through vast French windows the length of the entire room. If you can take your eyes off the scenery, there is a large flat screen TV and also a stylish dining area seating 10 to utilise. Off the living area you’ll find a bright sleek well-equipped kitchen off of which you’ll fine an outside patio with seating area and BBQ so there will be no excuse not to cook up some of Menorca’s finest seafood.
Also on the ground floor you’ll discover 3 bright spacious double bedrooms with twin beds, designed with the utmost care offering chic havens from which to dream of adventures new. Two of the rooms have access on to the beautiful sun terrace, so pull back the doors and let the Summer breeze encapsulate you. There is also an en suite with one of the rooms and a separate bathroom on this level, both luxurious in their design.
The master bedroom and en suite at the property is something to behold. Up the stairs from the ground floor you’ll enter an oasis of calm and tranquility, with stylish design features and French windows spanning two exterior walls out onto a spectacular sun terrace. So whether enjoying breakfast on the contemporary seating area overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, or simply lying back on the large double bed listening to the relaxing sounds of the surrounding nature, you won’t want to leave.
The outdoor spaces at Villa Serendipia match the interior on chic design. The upper terrace, accessed through the living area provides you with an idyllic shaded space on which to enjoy cocktails before eating al fresco at the smart dining area. Down a short convenient ramp you’ll find yourself at the elegant pool area, with surrounding immaculate lawns. Once you’ve dived in to the cool waters you’ll want to lounge all afternoon on one of the reclining sunbeds until the light begins to fade.
After long spectacular coastal walks, an afternoon of high energy water sports or simply a relaxing day laying on the sand reading a book, returning to the luxury and serenity of Villa Serendipia will complete any holiday experience.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa SerendipiaSanta Tomas is just 25km from the airport, lying on the southern coast of Menorca. You will be situated under an hour from the Island’s capital Mahon, ideal for a day trip to catch a recital at the Santa Maria Cathedral followed by a long leisurely lunch at one of the harbour-side restaurants.
Santo Tomas itself is a quiet self-contained holiday resort, set against a pine covered hillside backdrop and surrounded by countryside, only moments from one of Menorca’s most stunning stretches of coastline and the best beaches on the Island.
The town comprises of one main street, and a promenade, peppered with small shopping areas where you’ll find everything you need, from supermarkets, cafes and souvenir shops to even a charming bakery. Santo Tomas offers relaxing low-key nights, whether enjoying the entertainment at the various hotels or in the small selection of bars and restaurants in the town. But if you want something a little livelier, neighbouring Son Bou is a 25 minute taxi ride away.
The 3km of pristine golden sand beaches in the area are a major draw. The crystal clear waters of this life guarded stretch of coast are perfect for whiling away hot sunny Menorcan afternoons. There are plenty of water sports on offer too; so all the family will be entertained. There are also less frequented virgin beaches a little further west for more secluded bathing. And for the more active amongst you, take advantage of the beautiful coastal walks on offer in and around Santo Tomas. There is an area known as Es Migjorn offering picturesque, hilly countryside, ideal for walking or off track cycling.

THE REGION
Santo Tomas is situated in the municipality of es Migjorn Gran. It is just a stone's throw away from both Cala Galdana and Son Bou. This area has a very relaxing feel to the town, which feels more the way of a strip. It is ideal for couples and young families and has lots of entertainment at hotels and bars. There is plenty of activities for the kids too.
The town has a beautiful walk that surrounds the place and the beach of Santo Tomas. Undoubtedly, it's an excellent place to walk with the family. In addition, it has some children's parks, restaurants and pubs to enjoy a delicious cocktails.
Three beaches define Santo Tomas, San Adeodato beach, or Binicodrell, Sant Tomas beach, and Binigaus beach. This last one is the most famous as it used to be empty of people, and the turquoise waters are astonishing.
