Located off a small road in the quaint village of Torret, this fabulous five-bedroom villa has so much to offer anyone looking for a relaxing stay on the quiet, unspoilt island of Menorca. With a private pool, table tennis and air conditioning throughout the entire property you can enjoy the fine Spanish sun all day long and never get too warm!

As you arrive in the large circular parking area outside and enter the property, you’re welcomed by a vast open plan living/dining area, with wonderful high wooden beams and countless sofas, armchairs and wooden chairs to choose from. The well-equipped kitchen includes a fabulous set of double doors opening out onto the garden, providing a stream of light and warmth into the villa itself.

Each of the bedrooms also enjoys a set of French doors or large windows that welcome in the sunlight of a fine Menorcan day and ensure you make the most of the great weather while you’re here! Each room is equipped with a unique array of furniture, all in-keeping with the traditional style of the property, and several have a very useful ensuite bathroom, also.

The vast, terraced garden is perhaps the jewel in the crown of this wonderful property. First, the veranda attached to the house allows you to relax on the sofa or dine at the table with a view overlooking the lawn, with a range of options to choose from and a second, portable barbeque on here gives you more choice when it comes to food preparation!

The pool is huge and spans the length of the garden, lined by sun loungers, with an incredible second kitchen area at its far end. With a fridge, sink and brick barbeque, alongside a very comfortable seating area and dining table, you could spend the entire day this side of the pool and want for nothing back in the main house!

A further, shaded seating area in the garden provides yet another spot to relax. Furthermore – the music system connection from the main house reaches all the way out in to the garden allowing you to enjoy some music or the radio while indulging in all the garden has to offer. With all this, it’s hard to believe there’s also a beach volleyball court onsite too! Just for your private enjoyment!

While the fabulous secluded location offers absolute peace and tranquillity, there are three great restaurants within walking distance, and a whole range of beaches, shops and activities just a short drive away! Cala Torret beach is just 1.9 KM away therefore walking distance for the more athletic members of the group or just a short drive away for others.

This beautiful, private villa offers luxurious and very comfortable accommodation.  It is situated on a quiet lane in the small country village of Torret.  It is nestled in the heart of the countryside on a large plot providing peace, quiet and tranquility and yet it is walking distance from three excellent restaurants and is within easy reach of bars restaurants and shops via car.

The Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, unspoilt version of its big sisters Majorca and Ibiza.

While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!) it’s really the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.

Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding. With a coastline punctuated by beautiful coves and a landscape awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status, strewn with ancient stone monuments and an estimated 70,000km of dry-stone walls, this is an island for the nature lovers, and anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.

The thoroughly traditional Menorcan town of Sant Lluis is near to many different local attractions, including the Bodegas Binifadet, a fascinating vineyard with a dedicated restaurant on site. This central location makes it an excellent base from which to explore the island!

The size of the town makes it perfect to discover on foot, and it’s especially easy to explore given its grid system. Particularly worth visiting are the many beaches that punctuate the southern coastline, which the nearby S'Algar watersports club makes the most of!

The villa is a lovely place for kids to hang out - teenagers and older children will love having their own space, while children of all ages will love swimming in the pool. The outdoors area all good to run around and play, will ensure many fun evenings!

The house is a beautiful family retreat in a quiet location but close to so many fun things to do together as a family, from exploring beaches to having dinner in the old town of Sant Lluis.

The local area is ideal for those who want to get a bit more active, with invigorating coastal walks and cycling terrain that even the pros are challenged by. The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Cala Binidaldi and Cala Alcaufar well worth seeking out.
