A spacious and ornate property based in the bustling region of Alaior, Es Llogaret is well regarded by previous guests for its unconventional style and premium location. As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be taken aback by the sheer size of the swimming pool that resides in the centre of the grounds. This is a fantastic addition to the entire property and is ideal for splashing around and creating fond memories together as a family. Guests can also enjoy a tremendous selection of outdoor terraces, ensuring that they can observe the striking views that surround them from a plethora of different angles.
 
Travelling inside, this villa is teeming with rustic decor to help build an incredibly comforting and enticing space for guests to enjoy. The living room is extremely decadent, complete with an unusual rattan sofa and a decadent piano. As such, guests are free to snuggle up on this plump seating arrangement as they enjoy the charming array of furnishings that help to accentuate this holiday home. Moving on to the dining area, this space is a lot more neutral and balanced. This space is home to a robust light wooden table and an accompanying set of matching chairs. Guests are encouraged to use this space to its fullest potential, delving into an assortment of amazing meals and learning to truly enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen within this property is nothing short of pure perfection, sporting an abundance of dark wooden cupboards and a collection of tiled walls. As such, guests will have everything they need to prepare and serve a wealth of divine meals that the whole family is sure to love. The ground floor also hosts four remarkable bedrooms. Two of these rooms contain a spacious double bed, whereas the other two include a pair of single beds. This makes them ideal for guests who may find it difficult to climb a lot of stairs.
 
The first floor is also home to another two bedrooms. The fifth bedroom includes a luxurious double bed, and the sixth bedroom contains a pair of single beds. In turn, guests are sure to achieve a restful and tranquil night’s sleep throughout their stay on this incredible property.

THE REGION

The resort of Son Bou in the municipality of Alaior, on the south coast of Menorca, is renowned for having the biggest and probably best beach on the island. The resort is located around 20 kilometres from the international airport at Mahon.

Son Bou is a well-developed area containing many restaurants offering a good range of British, Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean dishes, as well as numerous bars, some of which are themed to help entertain young ones.

While the resort is very popular for families, the sheer size of the beach makes it easy for those who prefer to avoid the little ones to find their ideal spots! There is an abundance of natural sand dunes that make a very pleasant backdrop.

The Sant Diego Convent is one of the most iconic attractions in the entirety of Menorca and is situated around 10 minutes away from the villa. This monument was first crafted in 1629 as a way to celebrate how King Jaume I managed to conquer a vast section of Mallorca. Though it was mainly used for military operations, the building was transformed for public use in the mid-19th century. Nowadays, it hosts a range of cultural activities such as festivals and concerts. Guests can also travel inside and marvel at the key restoration process that has been working to amplify the building’s true beauty. In turn, this is a great place to visit if you wish to revel in a bustling culture that spans the past and the present.
 
This region is also celebrated for its flawless selection of beaches such as Playa de Cales Coves. This remarkable location is surrounded by looming cliffs that help to elevate the natural beauty of this entire region. Alongside these elements, the beach is paired with an abundance of soft golden sand and sapphire-blue water.
