A four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located in the beautiful Menorcan village of Santo Tomas. Casa Analiana is the perfect place to slow down and relax, leaving behind any stresses or worries and settling into a holiday pace.
One glance at this stunning Mediterranean villa tells you the owners have put a lot of thought into making this stay both stylish and comfortable. The sleek, homely interiors offer a friendly and personal touch to the property. Modern furnishings blend alongside traditional tiles and touches of natural wood, all adding a unique charm to the living spaces.
The living areas are both social and private and are spread out over the ground floor. The open-plan living area has been thoughtfully designed in earthy tiles, and crisp whites and the elegant space is topped off by views out to the sea. The high ceilings make the space feel larger than it is, with sunlight flooding in through the windows in the living and dining area. On cooler nights, guests can cosy up in front of the fireplace whilst sipping a glass of wine.
The tiled kitchen oozes Spanish chic and is fully equipped. From here, you can take a walk down the steps onto the terrace with stunning views of the ocean and a few steps further into the garden takes you to the pool area. Guests love to spend hours here under the Spanish sun, and where else is better for topping up a tan! Take a dip in the private swimming pool, which takes pride in its place in the centre of the garden. If you don’t want to leave the warm summer breeze behind in the evenings, you can bring your evening meal outdoors or fire up the barbecue so you can dine around the outdoor table al-fresco style!
The two twin and two double bedrooms share three modern bathrooms and benefit from the bright, sunny windows that draw the outside in! Each room offers space to rest and restore, making the most of no alarms or wake up calls other than the natural sunlight streaming in.

About the surrounding area of Casa AnalianaSanto Tomas itself is a quiet, self-contained holiday resort, set against a pine-covered hillside backdrop and surrounded by countryside, only moments from one of Menorca’s most stunning stretches of coastline and the best beaches on the island.
The town is made up of one main street and a promenade, peppered with small shopping areas where you’ll find everything you need, from supermarkets, cafes and souvenir shops to a charming bakery.
A thirty-minute drive will take you to Es Calo Blanc, where you can spend a morning snorkelling in the clear blue waters or swimming off the rocks. From here, a ten-minute walk will take you to Cap d’en Font. This small bay, complete with white sands, sweeps around a rocky cape before eventually opening up to the vast expanse of the Mediterranean sea. Accessible platforms and steps are dotted along the coast so people can safely enter the water, and the area is popular with swimmers. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can head off the beaten track and seek out the tiny hidden cove at Cala Biniparratx. There are no facilities here, so it’s BYO snorkel and simply enjoy the uncrowded waters.
Driving for forty-five minutes will take you to the larger resort of Binibeca, a popular day trip destination with a fascinating history. The town was dreamed up by a Spanish architect in the 1970s to attract bohemians and artists to the area; the result is winding labyrinth streets around Greek (yes, Greek!) style buildings with whitewashed facades and wooden balconies. The pretty fisherman’s village of Binibeca Vell is also home to Playa de Binibeca, which is accessible from the road through a small pine forest. The fine sands and clear waters have earned it a coveted Blue Flag status, and its popularity during the summer is a testament to how lovely it is.
Taking a day trip to Menorca’s capital, Mahón is essential for anyone visiting the island. Spend the day strolling around the old town, browse the fresh fish market, hit up a gin distillery or take a boat ride around the harbour. And you mustn’t leave without trying traditional Mahón-Menorca cheese. Its’ protected status means it can only be made with milk from the island. Truly a unique gastronomical treat!

THE REGION
Santo Tomas is situated in the municipality of es Migjorn Gran. It is just a stone's throw away from both Cala Galdana and Son Bou. This area has a very relaxing feel to the town, which feels more the way of a strip. It is ideal for couples and young families and has lots of entertainment at hotels and bars. There is plenty of activities for the kids too.
The town has a beautiful walk that surrounds the place and the beach of Santo Tomas. Undoubtedly, it's an excellent place to walk with the family. In addition, it has some children's parks, restaurants and pubs to enjoy a delicious cocktails.
Three beaches define Santo Tomas, San Adeodato beach, or Binicodrell, Sant Tomas beach, and Binigaus beach. This last one is the most famous as it used to be empty of people, and the turquoise waters are astonishing.

Best Suited For: All AgesQuieter than its neighbouring Balearic islands and blessed with sandy beaches and clear, shallow water, Menorca is a great family destination.
Head over to Cala Galdana for a day trip. The twenty-minute drive will reward families with one of Menorca’s most popular beaches. Its stunning Caribbean style waters earned it Blue Flag status, and visitors marvel at the surrounding natural beauty of limestone cliffs and pine trees. Hire an umbrella and a pair of deckchairs for €20 a day whilst the kids explore the coastline by kayak or by boat trip.
A forty-minute drive will take you to the Aquarock waterpark at the other end of the island. It’s not just known for water amusements! There’s a restaurant on the complex for mums and dads whilst the kids tire themselves out on the waterslides and the wave pool. Menorca only has one wave pool on the whole island, and this is it! For the very young members of the family, there’s a pleasant kid’s pool, and there’s also go-karting for those craving high-speed fun and an adrenaline rush.
A twenty-minute drive away is Lloc de Menorca, a small zoo which is home to a number of species native to Menorca like horses, cows, goats, tortoises, fish and birds. Kids love to spend hours here feeding the goats and macaque monkeys, and the zoo also has exotic international reptiles and birds. It also has a wetlands area and a forest of lemurs! The zoo provides an interactive experience where kids can touch and hold animals and also feed them. With a museum, a play park, and a picnic and barbecue area, the zoo really does have something for everyone.
A twenty-minute drive to the west side of the island is Castillo Menorca which offers a large garden with a playground and swimming pool, a restaurant, zip wires, sandpits, climbing frames, swings, trampolines and an impressive go-kart track. Castillo Menorca is an outlet shopping centre, so there’s plenty here to keep everyone entertained.

Fabulous sea views
Fabulous sea views, peaceful, very clean and everything you need for a seaside holiday. Simple and non-pretentious so perfect for a laid back and relaxing time. The twin villa is also available to rent. So the two villas together make an excellent choice for larger families. Johannes is a perfect host with all the information and suggestions to help with holiday planning on the island. Perfect !

Absolutely perfect and satisfied
Absolutely perfect and satisfied. You 100% get what you really want or what you see on pictures. Villa is very well equipped...furniture, kitchen, beach towels, super swimming pool with sun beds. Sunny terrace, grill, wonderfull sea view. quiet nights...in other words...five star score! Thank you as well to Ricky and Johannes, they are very helpful and kind on any needs we have. Thanks to both of them.

Casa Analiana will be our only choice.
Very nice experience. We were 6 people (3 couples) travelling for fun. The position of the house is fantastic. Right in the middle of the 2 main place of the island and over all maybe the most comfortable place to reach the most beautiful beaches. We had a very good communication with the host and with the key holder. They answer very fast and make our question always answered in a very satisfying way. We had no problem reaching the house and starting our journey. They offered courtesy and disponibility even regarding question that were out of their competence. There are 4 very large room and the house is fantastic. It seems none has ever lived there. The house was very clean and the furniture sold but acceptable. They welcome us with a very nice welcome package. It lacks of some little thing that were not included in the host but they sent anyway even if they didn't need to. There is a very nice pool very clean and nicely exposed to the sea sight. The night is very silenced and you can sleep very well of you want to be aside the world. The place has very few review so we were in doubt about taking or not the accommodation, but the host had no difficulty in making us feel safe and making us believe is not a scam. They are very trustable and own a lot of apartment in menorca. There is all kind of technology you need, air conditioning in every room, dish washer, cloth washer, microwave, LCD TV. I would add an mp3 hifi on the pool or living pool that for few euros would be perfect (bring it if you can). There are plenty of plates, cups and all the necessary to cook. To conclude, we really recommend this place, and if we ever go back in menorca, we will not search another place to stay. Casa Analiana will be our only choice.

Absolutely beautiful Villa
Absolutely beautiful Villa, lovely private pool and undercover area which was perfect for afternoon naps. Very peaceful location, away from the hustle. Johannes was an excellent host and gave us some great recommendations for things to do/places to go. We used the bbq a lot (but had to buy our own fuel/lighters, maybe something they can add to the booking in future) We had a hire car which made it easy to explore the island and go on day trips to Mahón, Cuitadella and the north. Would definitely come back, and it would be great to have 2 or more families and book both Villas.

Absolutely worth it
Absolutely worth it spending a time with beautiful sea view, the place is very calm hilling place , we did not hear apart from wave of the sea and birds sounds.

Perfect stay
We loved every minute of our stay. Villa had great views. Pool was super clean. The villa is spacious with a well stocked kitchen that made cooking meals a pleasure. We used the upstairs bedroom which had two balconies and en suite bathroom.
