A timeless and contemporary property located in Mahon, Villa Fonduco is a fantastic property for those in need of a much more affluent holiday experience. The exterior of this property is home to a considerable swimming pool, which is also surrounded by a set of premium sun loungers. As such, guests can choose between sunbathing in the blazing heat of the sun or can take a dip in the refreshingly cool water. In addition, this villa is also home to a vast selection of attractive outdoor terraces. As such, guests are encouraged to use these spaces as they please, indulging in a variety of al fresco dining experiences as they gaze out at the tremendous views that sit before them.
 
The interior of this property is absolutely mind-blowing, sporting an array of modern and stylish furnishings. The living area is complete with an expansive and plump L-shaped sofa that also provides an unobstructed view of the flatscreen TV that sits at the back of the room. In turn, guests can snuggle up on this comfortable seating arrangement as they catch up with their favourite shows on the big screen. Moving on to the dining area, this space showcases a remarkably attractive and minimalist theme. Security deposit €500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
