The estate Casa Bona Vent has all the ingredients for a perfect holiday either with family members or a large group. Spread over 700m2 the property oozes elegance and charm throughout and is conveniently located close to the amenities of Sant Luis and Mahon.

Not only is the property impressive with architectural features it also has an array of extra facilities which include a mini-golf course, padel court, croquet, bowling balls, exterior hot tub and 2 x swimming pools. The property is designed to an exceptional standard and reflect its Mediterranean heritage with a spacious interior, uncluttered feel and a combination of neutral and vibrant colours.
 
Internally the furnishings are predominately modern with a classic and traditional twist that sees plumps sofas standing alongside chunky polished wood furniture, floor to ceiling bay windows and tapestry wall art. A devotee of local art, the owner, has adorned the walls and rooms with his eye-catching collection of arts and artefacts.

The light and airy entrance greets you and leads to the fully equipped kitchen which leads invitingly out to an alfresco dining terrace and barbecue area. The stylish lounge opens directly out to the manicured lawns with unspoilt views over the garden area and the beautiful lounge with double glazed ceiling to floor doors leading out the main terrace. The villa sleeps 14 and consists of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

Ground floor: entrance hall with a beautiful staircase in Mares stones, 2 bedroom suites, a library, the living room with a double height room and a fireplace, the drawing room, the kitchen and its annexes, laundry room, and a guest WC. The kitchen opens into a terrace with a pergola with a large built-in grill.  

First floor: the staircase leads to a large media room with a digital HD projector, 1 bedroom suite with a private terrace of 30sqm, 1 bedroom suite, and the Master bedroom (which could be an independent flat). It has a big living room, a kitchenette, 2 independent bathrooms both with WC (one with shower, the other with a bathtub), built-in wardrobes, 2 large private terraces.

All bedroom suites have a bathroom with a WC, built-in wardrobes and TV. All beds are twins (80x200cm) except in the Master bedroom (2mx2m). The twin beds can be used separately or make double beds.
The guest house, with 2 bedrooms, has an outdoor terrace and a pergola, large lounge area and both bedrooms have TV's.

Externally the 2 x swimming pools offer refreshing dips during the warm months, and you can relax on the comfortably furnished terraces with overhead shade or spend endless hours sunbathing in by the pool surrounded by the extensive garden lawn.
 
With 74 acres of land, the owners are passionate about sustainability and are proud of the organic farming, vineyard, olive tree and lavender is grown on the property. The grounds also include a cactus and vegetable garden and organic orchard, and there are so many local species to see while spending time outdoors; Hermann turtles, Upupa epops and nightingales all within the lush gardens and grounds. There is also a charter boat available and can be privately chartered for 8 pax on request at an extra charge.

Sant Luis, just 4.1 km away, is a municipality on the tip of the south-east Menorca in the Spanish Balearic Islands. The area is most noteworthy for its varied coastline, with fine sand beaches and cliffs.

Famous for its beautiful coves of Binissafuller, Biniacolla and Binibeca with their typical whitewashed fishermen’s houses.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €3,000 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen, bath and pool towels are included in the rental price.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in rental price.

Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs 3 hours of cleaning twice a week is included in the rental cost also a mid week towel change.
