Menorca Santi is a spacious contemporary style five bedroomed Villa sleeping up to 10 guests. Enjoying spectacular sea views and located in Cap de Font, the property is only a short drive from the capital Mahon. Menorca is perfect for lazy, relaxed beach holidays, enjoying a laid-back atmosphere; this is a great destination for families and beach lovers. Historic towns, pretty fishing villages and glorious sandy beaches enjoy a backdrop of stunning turquoise waters.
White clean-cut lines and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors make a striking contrast to the wonderful sea and countryside views this attractive property possesses. Upstairs the gorgeous large Master bedroom not only enjoys an en suite bathroom but also has access to a large terrace with fantastic sea views. This is a private oasis and the perfect spot to raise a glass or two whilst enjoying spectacular sunsets or balmy sunny afternoons.

Menorca Santi is located in Cap de Font on Menorca’s south coast between Binisafuller and Binidali beaches. Enjoying a stunning coastline, there are rocky coves and steps built into the rocks that lead to the sea. From the property, you can meander through a wild path and reach the virgin cove of Biniparratx, yet you are only 20 minutes' drive to the bustling Capital of Mahon.
Very near Cap den Font are two restaurants. For your essentials, the picturesque Fishing Village of Binibeca is about 3 km away, or a short drive will take you to Sant Lluis, where there is a large supermarket and quaint shops and cafes.
A visit to Mahon is a must. Built on a cliff overlooking the harbour/marina, reached by a stairway or lift or the winding Costa de ses Voltes street, Mahon is colourful and lively. The historical centre is a maze of pretty pastel streets, charming squares and plazas with pavement cafes and restaurants and offers plenty of cultural delights and interesting shopping spots. The Marina is a two-mile strip and has several waterside bars and restaurants and is the perfect spot to people-watch and try traditional Menorcan cuisine.
For a taste of Spanish bustle, visit the Mahon Fish Market and eat like a local with a fantastic choice of fresh pintxos and tapas. The main town square (Esplanada) hosts a market on Tuesday and Saturday where you can pick up local produce and lovely home-spun gifts.
There are some lovely natural beaches close to the property. Binidalí to the west is a little beach that opens up to a narrow curved cove with clear turquoise water, and Binisafua in the east is a small u shaped white sand beach well protected against the waves. For a more ‘resort’ type beach with facilities, Cala en Porter is located slightly further up the coast and offers golden sands and shallow clear waters and plenty of facilities; however, in Menorca, you are spoilt for choice, and a good beach is usually only a short drive away.
Less than 30 minutes by car is Es Castell, which is full of history and has a wonderful atmosphere. The two fishing harbours provide wonderful waterside promenades for daytime or evening strolls and picturesque bars and restaurants to visit. In summer, there are often additional night markets with artisan foods and handicrafts.

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.
Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.
Menorca Santi is a lovely villa for kids. There is loads of space inside and out for fun and games, and the pool is lovely; it’s going to be hard to drag them away. Menorca is a breath of fresh air for families who want a relaxed holiday away from large crowds.
Menorca has some absolutely gorgeous beaches to discover, and some of the best are only a short drive from Menorca Santi. Biniparratx, Binidali and Binisafuller are nearby ‘virgin’ beaches, beautiful and authentic but with no facilities, so bring your own picnic. Punta Prima beach boasts incredibly blue waters and is perfect for the little ones as the waters are shallow, clear and calm. You can park for free next to the beach, and there are all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, kayaking and pedal boat rentals. The island's newest water park, Splash Sur Menorca, is located close to Punta Prima, so if the beach is not enough for your young thrill-seekers, then head over for some exhilarating fun.
Mahon is a great day out with the kids. A great way to explore is to take a boat trip around the port and harbour. Most tour boats have an open-air top deck and are glass-bottomed, so you have the opportunity to see some sea life too. Faro de Favaritx is a beautiful nature reserve with many walking/hiking options. Stroll from the car park around 3km on a paved road (no cars) to the lighthouse and admire the views. The Es Grau beach is just a few kilometres from Mahon and is a white sandy beach with great facilities, including bars, restaurants and water sports. Before reaching the beach, you will pass the entrance of Albufera Natural Park, a great attraction for children.
