Located just a short distance from the fishing village of Binibeca, Casa Bini Kimina is perfect for a group seeking relaxation in the Balearic sun, just 10 minutes from the nearest cove.

This traditional property has two units and four ground-floor bedrooms. The bright living room features large windows and a cozy L-shaped sofa in front of the TV, with wooden beams adding character.

The dining area flows into the living area and kitchen, which has gas hobs, wood-effect fittings, and ample prep space. There are four bedrooms: a double room with blue furnishings, a twin room for kids, and a single room with an ensuite shower in the main building, plus a double room with a private bathroom in the annexe. The annexe bedroom opens to the pool terrace.

The garden includes a lawn, flower beds, and a large private pool with loungers. The terrace and veranda offer casual seating and dining space for alfresco meals.

Nearby beaches within walking distance of the villa are most typically coves, with the closest sandy beach, Cala Binisafuller, just a short drive from the villa. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of essential amenities, letting you enjoy Menorca's sunshine and laid-back atmosphere without elaborate plans.

  • One of the bedrooms is located in an annexe with separate external access and while this may suite the grandparents, it may be less ideal for children
  • This villa does not allow groups of young people up to the age of 25 years old
  • Guests should note that the coastline around the villa is predominantly made up of rocky bays or coves, so a hire car is recommended for those who wish to have a day out on one of the sandy beaches, which can be found about a 5-10 minute drive from the villa

Casa Bini Kimina is in the ideal location for a romantic getaway, a group adventure or an active family holiday – the Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, perfect version of its big sisters Mallorca and Ibiza.

The villa is just a five-minute walk from Binissafua, one of the island's many rocky beaches, while Binibeca beach or Cala Binisafuller becah are both about a 5-minute drive away!

THE REGION

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.

Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4 pm.
Departure time 10 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? Not included. Extra €1.50 per towel, per night (paid to OT with the balance).
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will becharged against the security deposit
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.

    A great picturesque house with good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were good. The house is easy to get to from the airport, with space enough for 2 small rental cars, on the drive. The pool was great (but as advertised, is deep). The separate double en suite room, was great for our eldest son and his girlfriend to stay in. The location is quiet but just down the road from the small centre and supermarkets. It's also a short drive to larger supermarkets.

    Location, the pool, outside seating. The bathrooms were very good. Not enough sunbeds and dining table inside needs replacing.

    Las instalaciones y la situacion muy buenas, el personal y limpieza perfecto, y el mantenimiento de piscina y jardín perfectissimo, hemos estado muy a gusto con la familia, y que puedan viajar y alojarse las mascotas un 10.

    Vila are dotari basic, dar suficiente. Curat. Piscina in conditii foarte bune.
    Apusul este spectaculos si zona linistita.
    Locatie excelenta daca ai masina inchiriata: plaja se afla la cca. 5 min de mers cu masina, iar cel mai aproape supermarket este la 5 min de mers pe jos. Deasemenea zona cu restaurante si cafenele este la 5 min de mers pe jos.
    Recomand sa vizitati insula: Mao (Mahon) (15 min cu masina) este foarte frumos - cel mai mult ne-a placut piata de peste, El Castell cu centrul vechi, plajele din Fornells, plaja Cala en Porter.
