Nestled in a tranquil location just 2 minutes’ walk from the charming fishing village of Binibeca, Bini Kimina is the ideal home for a group looking to relax in the famous Balearic sun in a private environment, just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach.
This traditionally styled property features two separate units and four bedrooms in total, all dispersed across the ground floor, making it extremely accessible. The living room is filled with a warm, natural glow thanks to the large windows all around it.
The sofa area, with a large L-shaped sofa in front of the TV, is bright and tastefully colourful, and the large wooden beams overhead create an excellent sense of the original character of the villa!
A dining area joins the living area and kitchen beautifully, creating the perfect atmosphere for free-flowing conversation. The kitchen has a delightful set of gas hobs and pleasant wood-effect fittings, as well as plenty of space for meal prep.
There are four enchanting bedrooms, each offering something a little different to our lucky guests! In the main building, there is a warm and bright double room with delightful pastel blue patterned furnishings throughout, as well as a twin room ideal for kids and one single room with an ensuite shower room, for a little extra privacy.
In the annexe you will find a second double room, offering even more privacy, great for guests who need that bit more space! There is a private bathroom in the annexe with a bathtub, and there is a third full bathroom in the main building, with a vast walk-in shower and luxurious design. The annexe bedroom also leads directly to the pool terrace, great for those who like to get up and go!
The garden is spacious and varied, with a lawn which encircles the villa, with room for a little fun and games and several beautiful flower-beds, while the highlight is undoubtedly the vast private pool! Lined with loungers on one side, this is the perfect place for a little sun-bathing in between refreshing dips in the lovely pool.
There’s some casual seating as well as dining space along the terrace and veranda, so you can dine alfresco and soak up every last drop of the sun!
The nearby beaches are stunning, with crystal clear waters, soft sand and small bays to explore, and what’s more – you’re within walking distance of the nearest one! Just 10 minutes away, perfect for a morning stroll to start the day.
This villa is within walking distance of just about everything you could need, so don’t worry about making elaborate plans and schedules, head out your front door and soak up the beautiful sunshine and laid-back atmosphere of Menorca!

Bini Kimina is in the ideal location for a romantic getaway, a group adventure or an active family holiday – the Balearic island of Menorca is the quieter, perfect version of its big sisters Majorca and Ibiza.
The villa is just a five-minute walk from Binissafua beach, while Binibeca beach is about a 5-minute drive away!
Within the south-east corner of Menorca, this fabulous villa is in the perfect place to explore the stunning Balearic island, with many beaches and coves surrounding the nearby areas of Binidali and Punta Prima, and the capital town of Mahon just a 15-minute drive away.
Mahon makes for a beautiful day of strolling, with many narrow pedestrianised streets and historical sites to visit, as well as plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants.
While it is partly known for its traditional summer fiestas, which take place in different towns around the island all summer long (with origins dating back to the 14th century!), it’s the place for those who enjoy a calmer, slower pace of life.
Aside from its traditional fiestas, Menorca is better visited for its white-sand bays such as Pregonda and Cala Macarella, clear, turquoise water and more gentle activities like walking, cycling or horse-riding.
With a coastline punctuated by beautiful coves and a landscape awarded the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status, strewn with ancient stone monuments and an estimated 70,000km of dry-stone walls, this is an island for the nature lovers, and anyone looking for a little rest and relaxation.
Of course, no Spanish island would be complete without an excellent array of wine and seafood on offer, and Menorca is no different, with a thriving culinary scene.

The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.
Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.
Bini Kimina is the perfect home for families, with a vast garden, large lounge and TV for spending time together on site, as well as tons of activities to enjoy in the local towns and the vibrant and unspoilt natural landscape of Menorca.

A lovely house, in a lovely location
A great picturesque house with good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were good. The house is easy to get to from the airport, with space enough for 2 small rental cars, on the drive. The pool was great (but as advertised, is deep). The separate double en suite room, was great for our eldest son and his girlfriend to stay in. The location is quiet but just down the road from the small centre and supermarkets. It's also a short drive to larger supermarkets.
Location, the pool, outside seating. The bathrooms were very good. Not enough sunbeds and dining table inside needs replacing.

Las instalaciones y la situacion muy buenas, el personal y limpieza perfecto, y el mantenimiento de piscina y jardín perfectissimo, hemos estado muy a gusto con la familia, y que puedan viajar y alojarse las mascotas un 10.

Vila are dotari basic, dar suficiente. Curat. Piscina in conditii foarte bune.
Apusul este spectaculos si zona linistita.
Locatie excelenta daca ai masina inchiriata: plaja se afla la cca. 5 min de mers cu masina, iar cel mai aproape supermarket este la 5 min de mers pe jos. Deasemenea zona cu restaurante si cafenele este la 5 min de mers pe jos.
Recomand sa vizitati insula: Mao (Mahon) (15 min cu masina) este foarte frumos - cel mai mult ne-a placut piata de peste, El Castell cu centrul vechi, plajele din Fornells, plaja Cala en Porter.
