The exterior of this property is characterised by the considerable swimming pool that sits in the centre of the grounds. This pool is also surrounded by a collection of premium sun loungers, allowing guests to either soak up the warming rays of the sun or play games together as a group in the cool water. The perimeter of this villa is also surrounded by a selection of emerald green shrubs, creating a rural paradise just outside of the front door. Guests are also encouraged to make use of the multiple outdoor terraces that are located on this property. As such, the entire family can enjoy a delicious evening meal whilst gazing out at the awe-inspiring views that sit before them.
Travelling inside, this property is teeming with an assortment of bohemian and vibrant design choices. The living area contains a pair of lime green sofas, helping to match the pastel green accent wall at the back of the room. About the surrounding area of Casa ArpoCasa Arpo can be found in the idyllic region of Binibeca, a location that is well known for its affluent and relaxed atmosphere. Binibeca Vell is a small village that was built between the late 1960s and early 1970s and helps to capture the picturesque nature of the entire region. Although this area contains less than 170 houses, the whitewashed nature of these buildings helps to transport guests into a utopian paradise. Guests are encouraged to travel along the cobbled paths and looming archways and explore what this charming village has to offer. There is also a collection of bars and restaurants located within this area to ensure that guests do not go hungry during their travels. Binibeca Vell is located just over 5-minutes away from the centre of the region.
If you are looking to discover more about the far-reaching nautical history of this region, Illa de l’Aire Lighthouse is a perfect landmark to visit. This iconic monument was built between 1857 and 1860 and was used to protect the plethora of fishermen that resided in the surrounding areas. In addition, this tower was once the tallest lighthouse in the Balearic Islands until it was replaced by the Moscarter Lighthouse in Ibiza in 1977. Guests can explore this monument in-depth and learn more about how this quaint town operated during the turbulent times of the 19th century. In order to visit the lighthouse, guests must embark on a small boat trip to Illa de l’Aire. These trips usually depart from Punta Prima, which is around 10-minutes away from the centre of Binibeca.
Cami de Cavalls is a spectacular hiking trail that allows guests to uncover a wide array of tourist hotspots as well as a few hidden gems. This extensive path spans 185km and travels across the immense coast of Menorca. THE REGION
The quiet and idyllic resort of Binibeca is a very popular smaller resort on the beautiful south coast of Menorca and is a perfect choice for holidaymakers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline-destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here, most accommodations being in private villas and apartments.
Today, Binibeca stretches 3 km along the coast and includes the original ‘Binibèquer Vell’, or an old portion, as well as the new portion of ‘Binibèquer Nou’- a natural progression with many of the homes and villas in keeping with the original design. At the very eastern point of Binibeca, you will also find Cala Torret, a small village which feels separate but is actually part of it.

As this region is surrounded by crystal-clear water, scuba diving is a very accessible activity. Guests will be paired with an expertly-trained instructor who will offer an in-depth safety briefing as well as all of the essential equipment needed to complete these tours. Once you feel completely confident and safe, you can travel down into the water and observe the magnificent creatures that live in this environment. These tours last for around an hour and a half and can be found just a short walk away from Binibeca beach.
This charming region is also home to a spectacular food scene, collating delicious dishes from around the world. El Faro is a fan-favourite amongst both tourists and locals and can be found just 5-minutes away from the centre of Binibeca. Here, guests can delve into a wide variety of traditional Menorcan and Mediterranean dishes, such as caldereta, which is a lobster dish filled with aromatic spices.
