The open-plan living and dining area provides a perfect setting for guests to come together and socialise as a group. Retaining much of its traditional Mediterranean charm, the space is decorated in warm, welcoming tones, with whitewashed walls, terracotta floor tiles and exposed timber. The room is bursting with trinkets, striking artwork and quirky artefacts, marrying rustic with modern with the addition of a satellite TV and complimentary WiFi. With doors leading out to the garden terraces, it is a lovely spot to relax on the comfortable sofa or eat at the dining table whilst enjoying the warm breeze and beautiful views. The dining area leads straight through to the homely kitchen, which is fully fitted with a walk-in pantry and all the modern requirements needed to cater for a group.
The effortlessly decorated master bedroom is fitted with a super king-size bed, ideal for maximum rest and relaxation! With fitted wardrobes, there is plenty of space for storing away your belongings and the large windows offer far-reaching views across the valleys. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower room, affording guests extra privacy. The second bedroom is light and airy, decorated in calming shades of aqua, grey and blue, with a queen-size bed and wardrobe. The final bedroom has twin beds and benefits from its own private sun terrace, the perfect spot to watch the sun rise in the morning. There is an additional bath and shower room which can be shared by guests of the latter two bedrooms.
Outside, the views from the garden, terraces, poolside and beyond are truly spectacular. Offering an unrivalled look at the verdant Son Macia valley, it truly is a breath-taking backdrop. The grounds are set in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by beautiful foliage and shrubbery. Villa Manacor is set within the peaceful hills of the beautiful Son Macia valley. It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, explore via hike or bike, and relax in comfort. A six minute drive away is the rural village of Son Macia with a village square and locally run café and patisserie, it’s a superb spot to while away the day with a coffee, or pick up some lovingly-made pastries for a relaxed breakfast at home.
North of the villa is the birthplace of Rafael Nadal, Manacor, where you can enjoy a game of tennis at his academy, visit the local museums, or join the hustle and bustle of one of the busiest street markets on the island, held every Monday morning.
Further afield, coastal town Cales de Mallorca is a fifteen minute drive to the East, with restaurants, supermarkets, and nightlife all on offer. Cales de Mallorca is served by a plethora of beaches, with the family friendly and popular Cala Antena, Cala Tropicana and, for the more adventurous, a short hike to the secluded Cala Domingos and Cala Bota offer the perfect relaxing reward.
Head north east from the Villa and you will find a bounty of further beautiful beaches, with Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia, and the stunning Cala Romantica, all fifteen minute drive away to the North East.
Further on, the traditional Spanish fishing village of Porto Cristo promises a sheltered cove with a beautiful wide beach of fine sand and shallow waters, an active marina with boat tours available, and the awe inspiring underground Coves dels Hams and Coves del Drac, both breath-taking sights for families and explorers. Water sports are a popular pursuit in the area, with diving, paddle boarding, and boat trips available at many of the local beaches, giving families, couples, and groups lots to do together.
Twenty minutes south west of Villa Manacor lies the traditional rural town of Felantix, the main town of Mallorca's second wine producing area, Pla & Llevent, which produces delicious white and red wines. It is home to a Sunday morning street market around the church of Sant Miquel, with local pottery displayed on the church steps, and is close to Sanctuary Sant Salvador and Castle Santueri, both perched on top of hills offering picturesque views of both Mallorca and the sea.

Mallorca is quite possibly the ultimate holiday island! Fantastic for families and with a welcoming, laid back vibe that encapsulates everything that’s great about Spain (and with a few surprises of its own) there’s loads to see, do and eat. Want to make sure you don’t miss out on any of the best stuff?
We’ve put together this ultimate guide to help you get the very best from your holiday on the heart of the Balearic Islands.
Villa Manacor is great for families travelling with little ones. The private gardens are a perfect setting for children to explore and play, shaded from the Mediterranean sunshine. The large pool takes centre stage and provides endless entertainment for kids, allowing adults to relax in style from their sun loungers – or joining in with the fun! For the littler ones, Villa Manacor is already kitted out with a highchair and cot.
For sun, sea and sand, exploring one (or all!) of the local beaches is a great way to spend the day together as a family. All of the nearby beaches are safe and family-friendly, with calm waters, soft sand, and a lifeguard on duty in peak season. Cala Tropicana offers pedalboats and volleyball, making it a great spot for a fun family day out! Should you want to explore further, Cala Romantica offers a selection of water sports, its crystal-clear seas making it the perfect spot for snorkelling and diving.
Snorkelling and scuba diving are also popular in Porto Cristo, as well as canyoning and kayaking for miniature thrill seekers! For a change of scenery visit Porto Cristo’s aquarium, with a vast selection of exotic fish, or the safari zoo, an outdoor animal enclosure housing over 600 animals, including lions, giraffes and elephants! Porto Cristo is also home to the illustrious Coves del Drac, one of the most remarkable attractions in Mallorca. These caves are truly breath-taking and bound to amaze children with a large underground lake, astonishing formations and beautiful colours.
