Villa Delma is a beautiful eight bedroom villa that will comfortably sleep sixteen people, across the main house and a separate guest house. The décor is modern, bright and airy – there are pops of colour in the tasteful design scheme, giving it a comfortable and homely feel. Traditionally, it would have been one of the grand estate houses in the area, but it has been modernised and is now an excellent choice for a luxurious holiday.
On the ground floor, you’ll find spacious living rooms, a dining room, games room, office and of course the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of space to cater for your party; it’s modern but has lovely traditional touches, like the cheery blue and white Mallorcan tiles. There are exposed wooden beams throughout the villa, as well as stone floors and white walls – all to help keep you cool in the warmer months. Four of the bedrooms are here on the ground floor; two have en-suite bathrooms, and two share a bathroom.
Up on the first floor is the master bedroom suite – with a four poster bed, en-suite bathroom and even its own balcony. Here too is a separate lounge or office, with sofas and a desk – great if you need to catch up on things at home away from the rest of the group.
The lower ground floor is accessed by an external staircase; here are two bedrooms, a shower room and a games room – complete with table tennis table, it’s just the place to head to if you need entertainment out of the sun.
Outside is a self-contained guest house – there’s a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a private terrace here; it’s a great option if you have guests or family members who might want to keep a little independence from the rest of the villa. Head down a few steps from the main house and you’re in the wonderful landscaped gardens; there’s a swimming pool and a tennis court – so you can have a game of tennis, followed by a refreshing dip, just perfect. The gardens have masses of space, with mature citrus and olive trees, palms and plenty of lawns for children to dash about on. There’s a super outdoor kitchen with grill, and a covered dining area – so head to the neighbouring village for your essentials and cook here, making the most of the climate with some al fresco dining.

What you should know…
- You’ll need to hire a car if you want to pop to the shops or explore the local area – there is heaps to do within a short drive of the villa, so you’ll really get to know the region
- The lower ground floor is accessed by a separate external entrance – perhaps something to keep in mind if you have very young children in your group. Various steps throughout the property therefore small children should be supervised t all times.

Location
About the surrounding area of Villa DelmaMost people come here to relax and to get away from it all. But those who prefer more action can go for long walks or cycling tours or play a round of golf on the golf courses nearby. There are sandy beaches and secluded bays within a 30 minute drive; and Santa Maria, about a 15 minute drive, is a lovely spot for shopping and a variety of restaurants.
