Nestled on a stunning terraced hillside in the charming resort of Puerto Pollensa, Villa Idaira is a work of art in every sense of the word. Villa Idaira features incredible floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase those incredible views as well as flood the interior with gorgeous Mediterranean sunlight. Sprawling luxuriously over four floors, the villa has an internal lift - so there’s no need to worry about climbing lots of stairs during your stay. Decorated throughout in dazzling weight decor and fit to bursting with chic, contemporary designs, the open plan ground floor has it all - including incredible views across the infinity pool and beyond. The living area features a cosy corner sofa and stylish, modern furniture to create a homely ambience that is punctuated by bright, trendy artworks that offer a pop of colour. There’s ample dining space for delicious family meals, a well-equipped kitchen with clean lines, plenty of food-preparation spaces and all the modern appliances you’ll need during your stay.
The ground floor also features a TV room with a ping-pong table - the ideal place for the kids to let off steam or relax while you’re busy in the kitchen or preparing for your day, as well as the first of the villa’s four bedrooms which features an ultra-modern ensuite bathroom.
Two twin bedrooms with private, fully-furnished balconies can be found on the first floor, offering guests a night of comfort and relaxation as well as incredible views across the mountains. The master bedroom is also on this floor and features a beautiful ensuite bathroom with a stunning oval bath - the perfect spot for a relaxing soak after a busy day of lounging in the sun. The room also has a private terrace, an ideal place for enjoying a morning cuppa and taking in the views.
Below the ground floor, you’ll find a handy utility room with a washer and dryer, meaning that you can pack a little lighter, leaving plenty of extra room in your suitcases for all of those must-have souvenirs!
The grounds of Villa Idaira are just as chic as the interior, with a terraced landscape garden and a stunning infinity pool which is sheltered by a charming stone wall and surrounded by relaxing sun loungers. The pool looks particularly spectacular at night when it is illuminated by the outdoor lights, providing you and your guests with a glamorous spot for an evening dip.
Please note that this property is located on the side of the Gotmar Urbanisation hillside and is accessed via stairs; there are many split levels; therefore, it is not suitable for small children or elderly.

Villa Idaira is located near the beautiful former fishing village of Puerto Pollensa, one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. With a beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and vibes.
The beautiful stretch of beach is one of the most popular with families holidaying in the region and is furnished with sun loungers and cool beach bars.
If you venture to the other side of the port, you’ll discover D’Albercuix Beach running alongside a promenade known as the ‘Pine Walk’ due to the fact that it is lined with tall pine trees. This beach is smaller and less ‘touristy’ than Puerto Pollensa beach, making it a firm favourite for those who are visiting the region with younger children.
Puerto Pollensa is just a short distance from the ancient town of Pollensa - one of Mallorca’s most attractive towns. Pollensa’s winding cobbled lanes, stunning main square and historic architecture, make it a must-see destination during your stay.
Here you’ll find a vibrant mix of cultures that have influenced the monuments and buildings in the town over thousands of years, including the Calvari Steps and the medieval church and watchtower. The town is small and easy to explore on foot, but be aware that it is a steep and uneven walk, so good footwear is a must!
Another little gem that deserves a visit during your time in Pollensa is Museo Dionis Bennassar, the home of a local artist that is now used to showcase his incredible works. This peaceful and inspirational place is the perfect spot for art lovers, as well for anyone who wants to enjoy some quiet contemplation while soaking up some local culture.
After a day of wandering the pretty streets, looking at the fresh produce in the market and marvelling at the views, be sure to stop at a local bar or cafe for juice, coffee or wine before heading to one of the many restaurants in the town for traditional Mediterranean fares such as Tumbet (a vegetarian dish of aubergines, potatoes, red peppers, garlic, tomatoes and love oil), or perhaps a fresh seafood dish, salad or burger.
