Villa Enca is a stunning property on the waterfront of Puerto Pollença, Mallorca, making it perfect for a beach holiday! You’ll find that it is mere steps away from bars, restaurants and shops. Villa Enca was recently rebuilt and renovated and has used classic colours and traditional architecture to create a grand holiday home. With the additional contemporary touches throughout the property, it is impossible not to fall in love with this villa.

It is set over two floors with a spectacular grand staircase that takes you between them. The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen that has been equipped with high-end appliances that will make this compact kitchen work perfectly for your needs. It is connected to the dining space, where there is a formal dining table that will seat all your guests. This open-plan space is lit beautifully with modern lighting and natural light that floods the space. There are double doors that lead out to the poolside patio, complete with an outdoor dining area.

The living room can be found by making your way up the grand staircase, this stunning lounge has huge windows that open straight onto a balcony, and from here you’ll see spectacular views. The room is equipped with large and comfortable sofas in addition to a separate seating area where you can gather and enjoy the company of your friends and family inside. This space has a smaller table available with fewer seats, but it offers a great space for games and activities!

Also, on the ground floor are two sea-facing bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. These rooms are perfect whether you have adults or kids staying in them, as the twins can be joined to form double beds if you require it. There is an additional family shower room on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a master suite that opens onto a sea-facing balcony where you can enjoy breath-taking views. The two final bedrooms each have a single bed in them and share a family bathroom with a shower. Both open onto a private balcony that overlooks the pool. All the rooms are minimally decorated, and the colour palette and large windows or balconies mean the rooms are well lit and they enhance the calm and inviting atmosphere.

Finally, the exterior of the property has plenty of private space for your use, including an outdoor dining table, sun loungers and a private pool! There is a garden, where the sun loungers are situated, so even the kids can run around and enjoy the space while you relax. Additionally, the pool has roman steps that lead into the water for easy entrance. The property has a wall around the exterior, adding to the privacy you have whilst you’re in the garden or pool. So, you can relax and enjoy great food, company and fun in your own private villa, that is perfect for families!

  • We recommend hiring a car if you want to explore further afield than Puerto Pollença, this will allow you to explore in your own time and you’ll have access to everything that Mallorca offers

Puerto Pollença was an old fishing port in beautiful Pollença. As it was an old fishing port, it retains some of its old-time traditional aspects which you’ll be quickly exposed to on a stroll through the town. You’ll find a great collection of cafes and restaurants, and if seafood is a favourite of yours, then you’ll be in great company here. Puerto Pollença has beautiful sandy beaches for you to explore, and the atmosphere overall is laid back and friendly, families and couples return time and time again as it remains a favourite with them! From the horseshoe-shaped bay, you can see the stunning Tramuntana mountain range, which were recently declared to be a world heritage site – their beauty is spectacular.

Nearby you have Alcudia which is one of the most visited destinations in Mallorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that offer this activity will have equipment to hire). For the families, or the kids at heart, there is the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.

Puerto Pollença has some beautiful beaches, and at some of them you’ll find water sports available. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €200 charged to the client's credit card before arrival. Refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price
Internet access? Yes, included in the rental price
Minimum stay 5 nights

Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid prior arrival via a link direct to the supplier.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Please note that the air conditioning only operates between the hours of 8pm to 8am and 2pm to 4pm.
