This stunning villa is located in a quiet neighbourhood, within a few hundred metres of the beach, the promenade and all the wonders of the Port de Pollensa, and enjoys a fabulous style both inside and out of the villa itself.

From the hallway itself, it is immediately apparent that this property is something special – with an impressive, beautiful wooden staircase, door-frames and tasteful decorations. The wooden furniture permeates the entire villa, enhancing the soothing tones and complementary fittings throughout, and creating a sense of the typical Mallorcan style. Even the bathrooms themselves exude style and sophistication.

Comfortable sofas and chairs are well positioned by the fire to ensure maximum comfort even as the evenings cool. On this ground-floor there are also two double-bedrooms equipped with ensuites. Just like the rest of the property, these room enjoy gorgeous wooden fittings, and easy exterior access to truly make the most of the fine Mallorcan weather!

The first-floor is entirely taken up by the master bedroom. Spacious, bright and with great attention to detail, this room utterly deserves the title of master-bedroom. From the cosy bed to the spacious seating area to the ensuite itself, equipped with two sinks and a stunning bath, the whole space is utterly luxurious. Beyond this, there is an incredible terrace leading off from the main bedroom, on which you can indulge in the fine weather, and even enjoy an alfresco meal on your own dining table!

The garden space is fabulous, wrapping its way around the entire house there are many spots to choose from in which to kick back and relax – be that in the form of a pool-side snooze in the hazy afternoon sun, or a morning competition on the ping pong table to get the day off to a lively start! The covered terrace overlooking the pool has a range of options to relax on, from a comfortable sofa at which to enjoy a glass of wine to a great wicker table allowing for a sunny alfresco lunch when the feeling takes you! And there’s even a barbeque right outside the house to give you even more choice when it comes to dining!

Walking distance from the beaches, the bars, cafes, shops and restaurants of the beautiful Port de Pollensa, whether you choose to lay back by the pool and relax, or to go on a local adventure, you can change your mind all day long and you're only a stroll from the next move!

Pollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range.

The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.

Just 500m away, the Port de Pollensa itself has a fabulous Pine Walk providing spectacular views of the bay, as well as large pedestrianised sections around the area, and there’s a huge water sports industry springing up in the shallow waters here – from paddle-boarding to kitesurfing, there’s something new to try for everyone!

Top tip: the viewpoint from the Calvario is an absolute must, if you can manage the climb!
