Overview
The antithesis of modern design, Villa Tila, combines modern architectural styles with charming traditional features. Recently renovated, this three-storey townhouse is guaranteed to impress, with sleek, modern interiors that break down any barriers between indoor and outdoor living spaces, creating a seamless connection to the blue skies and holiday atmosphere.
The villa is located in the heart of Pollensa’s old town, with the beautiful streets, bustling local restaurants and charming shops just a stone’s throw from the front door.
On the ground floor, the living area is bright and spacious, with an exposed stone wall hinting to the villa’s past. A generous, L-shaped sofa allows you to put your feet up and completely relax, firing up the modern wood burner in the cooler months to create a warm, cosy ambience throughout the entire room.
Beyond the lounge, guests can relish in the modern, fully-fitted kitchen, with bi-folding doors out onto the terrace, it is a joy to cook in this space, and a large wooden dining table encourages the rest of the guests to gather around as the nominated chef prepares the family favourites.
With the door wide open, the kitchen seamlessly connects to the outdoor terrace, where a long sofa and table offer the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail in the shade. You can amble up the steps to the elevated pool deck, bordered by luxury sun loungers and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
Stepping up to the first floor, the elegance of Villa Tila continues, with a master bedroom and a bunk-bed room perfect for any younger guests in the group. The final two bedrooms are located on the top floor, both with sloping beamed ceilings that add charm to each room.
The first floor continues the connection to the outdoors, leading out onto a beautiful, glass-fronted terrace where you are treated to views of the monastery atop the Puig de Maria as well as the glistening pool below. With an outdoor kitchen and a spacious dining area, evenings are well spent dining al-fresco, sharing stories and laughter with your loved ones in this stunning setting!

Very tastefully renovated accommodation
Very tastefully renovated and furnished accommodation. My personal highlight are the four shower bathrooms of equal size, so that one can comfortably stay here with two families.

A fantastic house in the centre of beautiful Pollenca
A fantastic house in the centre of beautiful Pollenca, right by lots of cafes, restaurants and bread shops. The house is beautiful and has everything you could want, and i mean everything. No touch is missing. 3 large double rooms (though i think two can also be twin) and big bunk room, all with fab showers; well stocked kitchen, sitting room, terrace, plunge pool, washing machine.....and everything fresh and stylish. Fantastic place and we had a lovely cycling holiday. Thank you

Fantastic property in the centre of Pollenca
We had a fantastic time in this beautiful villa. They had thought of everything and Olivers Travels added to the experience with their help throughout. The house is fantastic and right in the centre of beautiful Pollenca town.

Great house - cool set up
Brilliant location - watch out for Sunday market which is literally outside your door! Great house - cool set up. Excellent location for eating, cycling and seeing Pollensa!

A breathtaking property in a fantastic location - a 5 star experience.
We've been fortunate enough to travel a fair bit over the years and to have stayed in some lovely accommodation - and this one is right up there with the best. The house is beautiful and new and has everything that you could want, from the large plunge pool at the back to the 4 en suite bedrooms and the lovely terrace for the evening G&T's. All rooms have the essential air conditioning - even in October it was great to have this on tap when needed. We were able to park at the front of the house without any problem, which was ideal, but do follow the directions closely as the house is close to the centre of the town. Once you have done it once it's easy to navigate back to in the car - although we spent most of our time simply taking the 2 minute stroll from the front door to the lovely restaurants in the middle of the town square. So a lovely property in in a superb location in a wonderful part of Majorca - we will definitely be back!

Location is absolutely fantastic
I cannot recommend this property highly enough, the use of space is excellent and it has everything you'll need for your stay. I recently stayed here with a group of 7 other men for a cycling holiday and we had more than enough space for everyone and all of our kit. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could need, which sounds like it should be a given, but we cooked huge portions for everyone every night and never struggled. Location is absolutely fantastic, less that 20 metres from Pollenca square, with several bars and restaurants. Also there are 2 supermarkets within 2 minutes walk. Overall an excellent property.

Superb house in the heart of a historic town
We've recently spent our 2 wk holiday at this beautiful property which does not disappoint in any way. The house is an old traditional 3 storey town house and blends into the attractive streets in the heart of the town. Once inside everything is bright, airy and tastefully renovated to an exceptional standard. There's everything we needed for a comfortable stay from a well equipped kitchen, outdoor seating area leading to a refreshing plunge pool, sunny 1st floor terrace with dining table seating up to eight & gas bbq for alfresco dining. All four spacious double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with large walk in showers. We didn't use the air con during our stay, which is built in to each room, but I'm sure this becomes a welcome option in the heat of summer. We did make full use of the wifi which worked well throughout the house. We loved Pollensa. It has a great feel to it and is full of character dominated by impressive blonde stone architecture, with the Tramuntana mountains as an attractive backdrop. It offers a more cultural experience than the touristy beach resorts, it is a friendly and welcoming place, enjoyed by both locals and visitors. The house is on a quiet street but it is only 2 minutes walk around the corner to the bustling main square with a host of authentically Mallorcan cafes and restaurants and selection of welcoming bars. We recommend trying the tasty tumbet at Onze, a stylist restaurant / wine bar in the main square. As we were in Mallorca for two weeks we hired a car so could explore other areas on the island which were all less than an hour drive away. We recommend day trips to Cap de Formentor, Palma, Soller, Valdemossa, Deia or Arta if you have the time. We visited the beaches at Porto Pollensa & Cala Sant Vicenc which are about 10 mins drive away as well as Alcudia which is also close by and worth visiting. We found parking easy as there's plenty of on road parking either on the street in front of the house or nearby, & free of charge. Don't park on the streets near the square (or in front of the house) on Saturday evening as stalls set up early on Sunday morning for the weekly Sunday market! The only minor negative of the holiday was the odd hungry mosquito when we'd forgotten to put on repellent! Overall we had a great holiday & would highly recommend this lovely house in a beautiful part of the Island - we're already missing our breakfasts on the sunny terrace. We'll definitely book again!
