Basking in a fabulous location, close to the attractions of Majorca’s ancient town, Pollensa, this luxuriously restored townhouse is in walking distance from the main square that’s filled with bars and restaurants, yet offers a sense of seclusion thanks to the Tramuntana Mountains views from the incredible roof terrace.

The townhouse has been furnished to a five-star standard, with a perfect blend of old and new. Light, bright and airy, the house is filled with natural daylight thanks to the innovative architectural design and colourful artwork throughout the two storey property.

On the ground floor, the cosy living room, with its fresh and contemporary furniture and patio doors opening out to the small courtyard, is a stunning space to relax with a good book by the wood burning stove (in the winter months) or watch TV.

Along with a glass-fronted corridor, overlooking the courtyard, the beautiful open-plan dining and kitchen area awaits. The dining table has views across the yard and behind lies the modern kitchen with a lovely breakfast bar and chic stools; an excellent spot for morning coffee with the papers.

A white stone curved staircase leads from the dining area to the first floor. The three comfortable bedrooms are accessible from the glass-fronted hallway, with views down to the courtyard, allowing plenty of Mediterranean light in.

The first double bedroom features a sumptuous double bed under traditional wooden roof beams, for a cosy, comfortable sleep. The second bedroom is also a double and has beautiful French patio doors, allowing glorious sunshine to flood the room when you wake in the morning.

The third bedroom is a twin room, ideal for younger guests, although this house is not suitable for very young children.

There are three bathrooms, with the master featuring a gorgeous sunken bath to unwind in after a long day of relaxing. The two other bathrooms are also en-suite with walk-in shower facilities.

Although the townhouse has a central location, it boasts a secluded hideaway in the shape of a charming rooftop terrace featuring a private salt-water swimming pool.

It’s the perfect spot to indulge in an evening dip before sipping on an aperitif as you recline on the sun lounger as the sun sets over the mountains in the distance. Bliss.

What you should know…

  • There is a twin bedroom which is ideal for young guests. However, the house is not suitable for very young children
  • In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

For those who love to be close to the buzz of a lively town, you couldn’t ask for a better location than Can Aloy’s! Located in the heart of Pollensa, you’re just a stone throw away from the town’s famous central square filled with beautiful bars and restaurants. Perfect when no one wants to cook!

One of Mallorca’s most attractive towns, thanks to the winding cobbled lanes with historic architecture, it’s a beautiful place to explore together.

The town has several cultural sites to take in, including the Roman bridge, ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa, a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town.

Pollensa town hosts a lively battle re-enactment every August and the Santo Domingo Cloisters in the centre in the city is the venues for open-air concerts every summer, as part of the Pollensa Music Festival. Every Sunday there is a traditional market which is not to be missed!

Port de Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. A beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.

Cala San Vincenc, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water is also a ten-minute drive away.

This ultra modern townhouse is ideal for families with older children as very young guests may find it a bit of a minefield with the glass fittings and staircases across the storeys.

However, children will love the modern luxury of the lounge with satellite TV and taking a dip in the rooftop pool!

The house is a beautiful family retreat in a quiet location but close to so many fun things to do together as a family, from exploring beaches to having dinner in the old town of Pollensa.

The local area is ideal for those who want to get a bit more active, with invigorating coastal walks and cycling terrain that even the pros are challenged by. The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç well worth seeking out.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit 1000 Euros - credit card details and expiry date to be supplied in case of damage to the property. The local Property Manager will contact you via email to request your details, this amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken. Once the property manager confirms no damage the block will be released.

Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
