Villa Nahia sleeps up to six guests in three en-suite bedrooms, each with its unique allure. Bedroom 1, adorned with traditional wooden beams, offers a snug double bed on the second floor. The first floor hosts Bedroom 2, a twin room with ample French windows inviting the Mediterranean sunlight, and Bedroom 3, featuring a double bed. Villa Nahia is ideally located in the heart of Pollensa - perfect for those who love to be close to the buzz of a lively town. You’re just a stone’s throw away from the ancient town’s famous central square, where you’ll find incredible bars and restaurants and some beautiful historic architecture and monuments. Highly regarded as one of Mallorca’s most attractive towns, with its winding cobbled lanes and historic buildings, Pollensa is a beautiful place to explore. Popular sites include the Roman bridge, ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa, a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town.

It’s worth noting that although the town is small and easy to explore, it can be steep and uneven in places, so good footwear is essential! Once suitably shod; however, you’ll find a vibrant mix of cultures that have influenced the town over thousands of years, including the medieval church and watchtower and the Calvari Steps, which lead from the Placa Major to the top of the town where you’ll discover the beautiful little Church of Nostra Senyora dels Angels. At midday, the light spills through the church’s gorgeous stained glass windows, which really is a sight to behold, but whatever time you visit, you’ll be rewarded with this stunning building’s intricate interior, as well as some incredible views over the town. The walk isn’t an easy one - with over 300 steps! - so this might be best avoided if you’re visiting with the kids.

On sundays, the main square is home to a bustling street market, where you’ll be able to purchase fresh local produce such as fruits and vegetables, bread, meats and olive oil, before heading to one of the many local bars or cafes for a hot coffee, refreshing juice, or a well-earned glass of delicious local wine.   

Other town attractions include the lively battle reenactments that are held in August, as well as open-air concerts that makeup part of the Pollensa Music Festival during the summer months. If you happen to visit Pollensa in late July, you’ll be able to enjoy the festivities that surround the Moors and Christian Festival, a lively and vibrant event that culminates in a carnival on August 2nd.

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Villa Nahia is an ultra-modern townhouse that is ideal for families with older children, but we don’t think it is suitable for very young guests due to the glass fittings and staircases across the storeys. However, Children will love the modern surroundings, luxurious lounge with satellite TV, and being ability to take a refreshing dip in the rooftop pool.

This beautiful family retreat in a quiet location is close to many fun things to do as a family in the town and surrounding areas, including golf, cycling, horse-riding, water sports and coastal walks, so you’re sure to find something to entertain and excite. Pollensa is a beautiful town to explore, with galleries and museums to enjoy and a bustling Sunday market selling toys, clothes, and arts and crafts.

If you and the kids fancy a day at the beach, a trip to nearby Puerto Pollensa is well worth the journey. Puerto Pollensa beach offers a range of family-friendly amenities, including umbrella hire and sun loungers, as well as an inflatable playground in the sea. This long and beautiful stretch of sand doesn’t get as busy as some of the other more touristy beaches, so you’re sure to find a quiet spot to build sandcastles or picnic with the kids. There are plenty of places to stop for light refreshments while you’re here, as well as restaurants offering dishes that will suit even the fussiest eaters - with the majority in the area having good-sized children’s menus. This charming former fishing village isn’t huge, with everything accessible on foot (so it shouldn’t be too tiring for the little ones!), and is much quieter than some of the other tourist hotspots.

Along the seafront, there are some good, shaded playgrounds that offer something a little different for the children after a day of sea and sand, as well as ice-cream parlours for a delicious afternoon treat. If you fancy doing something a little out-of-the-ordinary during your stay, we recommend taking the children on an excursion in a glass bottom boat to see the fish! There are plenty of these popular trips available in Puerto Pollensa, with some offering extras such as snorkelling or fishing - with lunch included!

Security deposit €500 charged to client’s credit card by the owner before/upon arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €42.86 (to be paid with the balance to OT). This extra is only available on request, and with prior arrangement before arrival. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax is included in Oliver's Travels booking fees.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking at this property (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of departure).

Other Ts and Cs - Cots and Highchairs are chargeable - €50 per item per week to be paid to OT with the balance. Bedding is not included therefore clients are advised to bring cot bedding.

    This property is a gem if you want the Majorcan town house experience. Excellent location. Uber stylish with fantastic accommodation. Luxury bedding and decor and every amenity available that l could imagine anyone could want during a rental. Spotlessly clean! Loved the bijou sun/roof terrace which caught the last sun after a day out. Right in the centre of the Old Town. Highly recommended from us- thank you.

    Villa Nahia is in a perfect location for enjoying the beautiful town of Pollensa. Very close to the main square, coffee shops, many restaurants and boutique shops. The house is stunning from top to bottom. Very well equipped. And the rooftop terrace and pool provide the finishing touch. Perfect.

  • Great house in an excellent location

    It is bigger than the pictures portray and the fittings are of a very high quality throughout especially the linens.
    The Plunge pool was great and nice to look over the roof. The situation allowed us to be in the squares with in a couple minutes walk, and the steps are a great early morning walk. The complete service was excellent and the best so far as we had calls and contact when arriving. Also the basics and welcome pack where in the house which was great as some don’t even suppply washing up liquid and loo rolls. We will return as one of my favourite’s.

    This beautiful townhouse is as seen and described on the website. It is a wonderful renovation filled with light. All the fixtures and furniture are very special. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, modern and spacious. Very convenient to shops, restaurant's and public transport.
    Only small problem is the outside space - it is limited but we were only 2 guests so this caused us no problems.
    I would definitely return

    We couldn't have asked for more with this villa. It had absolutely everything, and so close to the main square with the restaurants and bars, and a brilliant supermarket a stones throw away. The beds are the best we have ever had in rented accommodation, amazing. The only minus on this villa is that there is no parking nearby if you hire a car. But saying that, if you want a restful holiday you really don't need one. Love the picture in the bathroom in the back bedroom ;-) Would definitely stay here again
