Located in a highly desirable location, 3km from Pollensa golf course and few minutes’ drives from the ancient town and beach, this beautiful country home is filled with traditional features yet is minimal and straightforward in its style, creating the utmost luxury during your stay. Rustic tranquillity comes in abundance here, with the endless peaceful countryside and boasts magnificent mountain views.
On arrival, down a country lane and private driveway, the casa is visually appealing with its stone walls and traditional shutters. However, inside the two-storey home, modern style meets old, where authentic roof beams and walls are whitewashed throughout to create a bright, airy ambience. These contrast against the dark wooden traditional doors and windows, yet all the furnishings are stylish and modern.
The ground floor begins with a stunning lounge area, where a plush L-shaped sofa surrounds a chic coffee table and a satellite TV. The French doors open out to the covered terrace.
Through an archway, the dining room is situated in the middle of the lounge and kitchen, creating a lovely open-plan flow, and features a modern dining table and bold orange chairs. Through another archway is the stylish kitchen, well-equipped with everything you require to cook up a feast, and there’s a rustic breakfast bar for morning coffee. A separate laundry room is adjoined.
Up a small white flight of stairs is the first floor, where 5 bedrooms offer luxurious comfort for up to 10 guests. There’s the guest double bedroom with a traditional wooden bed and smart en-suite bathroom; the master bedroom with its private terrace, accessed only from the master via French doors, allowing plenty of light to flood in; and three twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and fitted wardrobes, making the casa deal for large families.
Outside, the stunning covered terrace is a fabulous spot for al fresco dining in the shade and offers views over the gorgeous lush garden. A vast expanse of lawn leads to the private swimming pool with a sun terrace filled with sunbeds.
Across the yard, willowy trees surrounding a stunning round stone terrace which is home to a large round dining table, and to the side, a built-in brick BBQ. A great place to entertain family and friends!

What you should know…
- All of the bedrooms are on the first floor so may not be ideal for elderly guests
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

About the surrounding area of Villa MontserratThe villa is located in beautiful countryside, but it’s just a few minutes’ drives from one of Mallorca’s most attractive towns, Pollensa. There’s winding cobbled lanes filled with historic architecture and an impressive main square, lined with cafes, restaurants and bars, which make this ancient town a beautiful spot to explore or head out for a meal.
The town has several cultural sites to take in, including the Roman bridge ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery, just outside the town.
Peurto Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. With a beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.
For a day at the beach, Cala San Vincenc, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water is worth a visit, along with Cala Barques and Cala Molins.
Pollensa golf course is 3km away so ideal for any keen golfers!

The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç well worth seeking out.
