Villa Carletta is a beautiful country house, lined with stone and traditional style. The area where it is located is peaceful and quiet, surrounded by oaks, olive trees, pines and fruit trees typical of the area.
The house is tastefully furnished, with a cosy living room featuring a traditional fireplace perfect for curling up and reading your book or watching some TV. This leads through to a complete kitchen, ideal for cooking up some Spanish inspired meals to share as a family. The villa has three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, two of the bedrooms are twin rooms and one double. The villa is great for family holidays, providing the opportunity to some spend quality time together in the sunshine.
If al-fresco dining is your thing, then outside there is a large covered terrace, perfect to enjoy outdoor meals together that you can prepare on the barbecue. Both the terrace and the barbecue enjoy dreamy views of the garden surrounding the pool, providing the ideal spot for drinking an aperitif or two whilst watching the sun set. The private swimming pool is perfect for taking a dip and cooling off in the warm Spanish climate or you can take advantage of the sun loungers and top up your tan. There is also a ping-pong table to add some fun for both children and adults!
Villa Carletta is located just a few minutes’ drive from the towns of Alcudia and Pollensa, as well as the popular beaches, shops and restaurants of the area. There is truly something for everyone in this area, whether you want to play a couple rounds of golf, spend the day on the beach or relax in the comfort of your own villa, Villa Carletta will not disappoint.

THE REGION
The vibrant northern town of Alcúdia is truly a year-round location, offering life, history and culture throughout all seasons. Lying just one kilometre inland from the famous holiday resort of Port d’Alcúdia, it’s the ideal place to taste rich Mallorcan heritage without having to stray too far off the beaten path.
The pedestrian area offers inviting restaurants, cafés with beautiful terraces and cosy backyards, handicraft shops, stylish boutiques and Mallorcan specialities. Stroll by medieval houses, the proud town hall and the so-called Casas Señoriales, the majestic houses of past nobility. Here and there, you get a glimpse of one of the big, shady patios and time, and again you reach the outer rim of the town wall.
