Pool Beach Nearby Ideal for Kids

A deeply luxurious villa located in Pollensa, Finca Seguinot pulls upon an array of opulent design choices to build a truly magnificent holiday home. As you approach the exterior of the property, you will be taken aback by the sheer size of the swimming pool in the centre of the grounds. This pool is encircled by a sleek decking area that is equipped with a small selection of high-end sun loungers. As a result, guests have the choice to soak up some sun or take a dive in the cool water whenever they please. This property is also home to a collection of comforting outdoor terraces. These spaces are complete with an array of outdoor dining and seating areas. Therefore, guests can enjoy an assortment of delicious meals as they gaze out at the countryside views that sit before them.

The interior of this property is just as magnificent as the exterior, using a range of ornate furnishings to bring a sense of charisma into the entire villa. The living area presents a selection of exposed wooden ceiling beams as well as wooden floors, creating a cohesive theme throughout the space. These wooden motifs are contrasted by the white sofas and armchairs, helping to add a touch of simplicity and minimalism. Opposite the living area is the dining area, a space that makes use of a wooden table and matching rattan chairs. Guests can also access the outdoor terrace through the large glass sliding door at the back of the room. The kitchen expresses a comforting and homely feel, seen by the blue cupboards and the contrasting black surfaces. As such, guests can prepare and serve a range of amazing meals in a very beautiful space. The ground floor is also home to two bedrooms. Both of these rooms contain spacious double beds, ensuring that each guest can gain a peaceful night’s sleep throughout their stay on this property.

Moving up to the first floor, this is where you’ll uncover the remaining two bedrooms. Again, both of these bedrooms include extravagant double beds that are fitted with ample linens. In turn, this property is ideal for large groups who are looking to unwind and detach from the hustle and bustle of normal life.

Finca Seguinot can be found in the tremendous region of Pollensa, a location that has delighted and inspired tourists for many generations. If you are looking to uncover more about Pollensa’s prehistoric origins, Alzinaret Caves are a real treat. These caves can be found just over 10-minutes away from the centre of Pollensa and give guests the chance to explore a beautifully unique underworld. Experts state that these structures date back to 1600 BC and showcase a range of artefacts and items from the Middle Bronze Age. Even though these caves have a very long history, they were first recorded in 1927 by British archaeologist Wilfred Hemp. To honour his work, there is a cave named Number 7 of Hemp that acts as a shrine.

Located around an hour away from Pollensa, Formentor Lighthouse combines a rich history with spectacular views. This monument was first built in 1863 and was initially used to guide small fishing boats away from the sharp and jagged rocks that sit at the base of the shore. Nowadays, Formentor Lighthouse still holds a lot of value and has been protecting the citizens of Pollensa ever since. This landmark is also popular with many writers and artists throughout history, with Gerardo Diego and Blas de Otero commending its beauty. Guests can take a short drive up to the 210-metre peak and observe the plethora of panoramic views as they travel through.

Pollensa is teeming with vibrancy and energy and hosts a wide array of immersive cultures all within one quaint town. Pollensa Market gives tourists the chance to blend in with the locals and experience an authentic Spanish tradition. This market contains over 300 stalls selling a variety of artisan craft items, clothes, and other souvenirs. Consequently, this is a perfect place to visit if you are looking to pick up a few souvenirs to remind you of your trip. There is even a separate section dedicated to fresh produce, allowing guests to pick up a collection of ingredients that can be used in their own cooking back in Finca Seguinot. Pollensa Market is just a stone’s throw away from the town centre and is open every Sunday from 8 am till 1:30 pm.

  • Great villa

    on 13/09/2022

Finca Seguinor is a beautiful villa and it had everything we needed. The gardens are wonderful and the house is spacious and not overlooked. The beds are extremely comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. Having the heated pool was a real bonus as the kids were in every day, even though it was April. We had a wonderful family holiday, thank you very much!
