A luxurious, country villa filled with traditional architectural gems that contrast beautifully against the modern elements of this outstandingly renovated holiday home, located in an exclusive area of the ancient town of Pollensa in north Mallorca.

Inside the two storey villa, which has a stunning stone façade and traditional shutters, and surrounded by endless countryside and lemon and orange groves, there is a feeling of luxury that seeps throughout the living areas.

The spacious lounge, with high ceilings and gallery which opens up the modern space beautifully, is filled with stylish leather sofas, a plasma TV, and beautiful colourful artwork on the white walls.

The large well-equipped kitchen and dining area opens out to the shaded part of the terrace alongside the private pool outside, perfect for preparing meals before enjoying them al fresco. There is a separate dining room for more formal occasions where the décor is kept minimal and clean.

A double bedroom can be found on the ground floor, which is ideal for elderly guests and has a spacious modern ensuite bathroom. Two further double bedrooms, featuring beautiful traditional furniture and brilliant white walls, are situated on the first floor of the beautiful open gallery hallway.

Both have stunning modern ensuite bathrooms, allowing complete privacy for guests. A private terrace on the first floor with outdoor lounge furniture is a fabulous spot for reading and relaxing.

A fourth bedroom, a twin room which has exclusive access from the outside on the ground floor is ideal for nannies or younger members of the party.
Outside in the beautifully manicured Mediterranean garden, you’ll find a choice of terraces which overlook the incredible swimming pool.

There is an outdoor lounge area, with luxurious furniture making it an especially relaxing spot for an aperitif before dinner. An outdoor wooden dining table and bench is a pretty spot for al fresco dining. The pool is surrounded by a terrace and stone wall, with sun loungers positioned nearby.

Across the lawn, there is a separate covered terrace where a second dining area can be found, along with a barbecue and ping pong table. It’s a fabulous spot for dinner and entertaining the children.

Both the historic town of Pollensa and popular beach resort of Puerto Pollensa are a short drive away.

What you should know…

  • The villa is located in the countryside, so it would be ideal to hire a car to explore the nearby towns and beaches
  • In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

The villa is located in an exclusive area on the outskirts of Pollensa, and it’s just a few minutes’ drives to one of Mallorca’s most attractive towns.

In Pollensa, there’s winding cobbled lanes filled with historic architecture and an impressive main square, lined with cafes, restaurants and bars, which make this ancient town a beautiful spot to explore or head out for a meal.

The town has several cultural sites to take in, including the Roman bridge ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery, just outside the town.

Peurto Pollensa was once a fishing village but now one of the most popular coastal towns in northern Mallorca. With a beautiful large marina and a horseshoe bay with a stunning mountain backdrop, the resort is wonderfully picturesque and filled with bars and restaurants. The beach is long and wide and furnished with sun loungers and many cool beach bars.

For a day at the beach, Cala San Vincenc, an old fishing village arranged around four little cove beaches and stunning blue water is worth a visit, along with Cala Barques and Cala Molins.

It’s a fantastic villa for families. Children will love the endless space in the garden, with the stunning swimming pool with steps down into the water. The table tennis area is a wonderful bonus too.

The house is a beautiful family retreat in a quiet location but close to so many fun things to do together as a family, from exploring beaches to having dinner in the old town of Pollensa.

The local area is ideal for those who want to get a bit more active, with invigorating coastal walks and cycling terrain that even the pros are challenged by. The island is excellent for horse-riding and water-sports, and for beach life, it’s pretty unbeatable too, with the golden sands of Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç well worth seeking out.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €1,000 - credit card details and expiry date to be supplied in case of damage to the property. The local Property Manager will contact you via email to request your details, the amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken. Once the property manager confirms no damage the block will be released.

Departure time 10 am
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.

    The villa is beautiful, rustic but modern and comfortable. The company that manages this property were extremely helpful - even getting someone out to look at electrics within 10 mins at 11.30pm !! highly recommended.
