THE REGION

Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.

The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Casa Narv is better suited to families with teens rather than younger children, due to the open staircase design, which may pose a hazard for little ones. Teenagers, however, will appreciate the stylish layout and the independence offered by the spacious bedrooms across two floors. Outside, the private pool and sun-soaked terraces offer plenty of room to unwind or socialise, and the modern interiors provide a comfortable space to relax after a day in the sun. With Wi-Fi and generous living areas, it’s a great base for teens to enjoy their holiday with a touch of grown-up freedom.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €300 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 16:00.
Departure time 10:00 am.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
Linen & towels included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Pool towels included? No, pool towels are available at an extra cost of €10 per person (paid to OT prior to travel).
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Yes, included in the rental price..
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? Not available at this property.
