This charming stone clad villa has been lovingly renovated and boasts some beautiful original features. Located in the spectacular spot of Son March Valley, in the middle of the countryside, with breath-taking views over the mountains. The outdoor space is generous, well-furnished and perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning outlook. Designed and built by the local owners as their own family home, the spacious aspect of the exterior is reflected in the equally well-proportioned interior.
Bright and informal, this comfortably decorated interior is homely with traditional terracotta tiles floors, sloping wood-beamed ceilings and exposed Maresc stonework all featuring in the decor. The real focus however is on the outdoor living, with more than ample space on the lawn, terraces and around the grounds for all to enjoy.
You will find everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday including a well equipped traditional kitchen, connecting lounge/dining room separated by arches, access out to the spacious corner furnished terrace. The property boasts 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and 2 twin bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms. The swimming pool 8 x 5 m is adjacent to the terrace area therefore perfect for watching over the younger members of the group while swimming. A brick BBQ is conveniently located adjacent to the pool area and terrace therefore perfect for trying out the local cuisine and family BBQ's.

What you should know…
- The villa features rustic interiors and so perhaps is better suited to those wanting to experience a traditional Mallorcean house
- In late July each year, the Moors and Christians Festival takes place in Pollensa with a week of festivities culminating in the carnival on the 2nd of August. During this period visitors can expect loud music and celebrations into the night, especially on the 2nd of August.

THE REGION
Pollensa, in the north of the island, is an ancient town of attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square, lined with cafés, restaurants and bars, and is just a few kilometres from Port de Pollensa.
The town has several places of interest to visit, including the Roman bridge, signposted ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery just outside the town. Here we provide all the information you want to know to make the most of this relaxed yet culturally satisfying inland town.
