The property is an impressive traditional Mallorcan villa located in the countryside near the village of Manacor. It has a modern swimming pool with incredible views of the famous vineyards of Pere Seda. The residence has six large rooms consisting of a presidential suite, three queen suites and 2 junior suites. All rooms are equipped with exclusive heating and air conditioning. There are a total of eight bathrooms, four of them full bathrooms en suite, a shared full bathroom with two large bedrooms, a full bathroom serving the pool area and two half bathrooms serving the main kitchen and dining areas of the lower level. In addition to the bathrooms, you can find several living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens with dining areas and a large dining terrace to enjoy the sunset.
The rooms are spacious with large mattresses of first quality. The two kitchens are fully equipped with all the features, cutlery, crockery and appliances necessary for your enjoyment and comfort, and can accommodate groups of twelve or more guests. The kitchen on the first floor has access to the main dining room and the terrace dining room. The kitchen on the lower level serves the large banquet-style dining room and pool dining room.
Upon arrival at the property, the multi-lingual owner will welcome you and provide you with the keys to the entrance and all the required information. The operation of the facilities will be explained to customers in a comprehensive manner. Guests are kindly requested to inform the owner of their planned arrival in good time. About the surrounding area of Finca ManacorThe town of Manacor, the second largest on the island after Palma, is just a ten-minute car journey away, here visitors can visit the famous Rafa Nadal Academy and enjoy a spot of lunch in the excellent restaurant while watching Rafa practicing on the court!
If guests can manage to drag themselves away from Finca Manacor’s beautiful private pool then the closest beaches of S'illot, Cala Mendia, Porto Cristo and Can Picafort are all around a twenty-five minute car journey away. The unspoilt beach of Cala Varques with its sparking turquoise water, golden sands and hippy vibe is a real hidden treasure and only 30 minutes away, be sure to pack a picnic with you as there are not tourist facilities here!

THE REGION
Manacor is the second largest town in Mallorca, after the capital of Palma. The town's reputation as Mallorca's home of industry has left Manacor with a very distinctive feel. The largely residential town is situated on the North Eastern tip of the island, with many of the nearby coastal resorts and attractions falling within its municipality.
For those looking to get to know Mallorca through its nature, Manacor is home to the only 'Via Verde' in the Balearics. The 29 km eco-path begins in Manacor and offers to change scenery along the way.
Manacor is a very important city for tennis sport on the island. Rafa Nadal was born in Manacor and is now building 'The Rafael Nadal International Tennis Centre' to attract talented youngsters from all over the world.

Best Suited For: All AgesFinca Manacor is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn. Kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a very shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

| End of stay cleaning included? | Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accomodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit. |
