Everything about Casa Vista Roqueta oozes quality, completely re-modelled and refurbished to a high specification, the house sits in a quintessential location just outside the town of Petra and close to Manacor, which is in the other direction. A charming stone property with a seamless blend of old and new with the original, centuries old, farmhouse stylishly renovated and very sympathetically extended to provide extremely comfortable and roomy living space. The eye-catching, a noticeable marriage of contemporary furnishings and traditional décor accentuated by plentiful natural light through the large windows.
Decorated with style, quality and imagination, remains tastefully in keeping with the property's pastoral location and origins. There is a lovely, welcoming air about this property, the scene being set immediately on arrival by a long front terrace which is, quite simply, an irresistible invitation to relaxed al fresco living and admire the spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Great care has been taken to ensure that décor and furnishings remain fully in keeping with the already established high standards of taste, style and quality in the original part of the property.
Enhancing privacy options for sharing families, the property consists of the main house with 3 double bedrooms, an exterior double bedroom with en-suite shower which has been created from a part of the building that was formerly the grain store-cum-stable and along a pathway a separate apartment/studio with double bed, sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and a brush covered dining area with table and chairs and comfortable seating.
A notable enhancement to the ground floor is the long entrance hallway with extra seating which connects the dining room, living area and the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with steps leading to an open mezzanine level with horizontal wide bars and extra sofa seating, perfect as an adult reading area or having private time. Also from the main hallway there are stairs leading up to another double bedroom on the first floor with private bathroom.
Next to the courtyard you will find this beautiful double bedroom with open plan bathroom and glass shower screen. The owner has managed for this area to maintain it's original stone charm while offering a perfect cosy love nest for two.
Further along the pathway from the main house you will find tucked away this stunning self contained apartment with living area, dining table and open plan kitchen, double bed and en-suite bathroom. This space is perfect for members of the group who wish to retain some privacy away from the larger group.
The attractive tiered garden cascades from the long terrace area, in front of the house, down to the private pool where you will find comfortable sun loungers. The swimming pool of generous proportions ( 20m x 5m ) will delight keen swimmers. With such an appealing pool and ample gardens on the doorstep, guests could be forgiven for not wishing to leave such a pleasant spot.

Casa Vista Roqueta holds a wonderful location for those who wish to experience the real Mallorca and avoid the tourist crowds. The beautiful home is situated just outside the town of Petra, the birthplace of Fray Junipero Serra, who some claim founded California.
The town of Manacor, the second largest on the island after Palma, is just a ten-minute car journey away, here visitors can visit the famous Rafa Nadal Academy and enjoy a spot of lunch in the excellent restaurant while watching Rafa practicing on the court!
If guests can manage to drag themselves away from Casa Vista Roqueta's beautiful private pool then the closest beaches of S'illot, Cala Mendia, Porto Cristo and Can Picafort are all around a twenty-five minute car journey away. The unspoilt beach of Cala Varques with its sparking turquoise water, golden sands and hippy vibe is a real hidden treasure and only 30 minutes away, be sure to pack a picnic with you as there aren't tourist facilities here!
The capital Palma is rich in culture with plenty for visitors to see, do and explore and a selection of wonderful restaurants for foodies! Palma is less than an hour away and makes a fantastic day out. Palma Airport is just 40-minutes away making a short transfer time for restless little ones.

For those looking to get to know Mallorca through its nature, Manacor is home to the only 'Via Verde' in the Balearics. The 29 km eco-path begins in Manacor and offers to change scenery along the way.
Manacor is a very important city for tennis sport on the island. Rafa Nadal was born in Manacor and is now building 'The Rafael Nadal International Tennis Centre' to attract talented youngsters from all over the world.

Excellent large farm
House with plenty of space, large pool and 3 kitchens! Beautiful views over the valley - but steep steps to the pool, might not suit small children or older prople
The villa was unreal, it exceeded all our expectations and we would happily return. The host was so attentive and quick to respond to all our queries. Could not recommend more
We had a wonderful time at Casa Vista Roqueta, the pictures simply do not do this amazing home justice! The views from the huge pool are truly wonderful, you instantly feel as though you are in complete tranquility away from tourist crowds while towns and beaches are not a long car journey away!
