Casa Vi is a contemporary villa, with its high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass doors and beautiful eclectic furnishings throughout. Visually, it's stunningly unique. In contrast, you’ve got the surroundings and the views available from the villa – they’re unbeatable and breath-taking.

It will sleep a group on the larger side comfortably and keep you all happy and relaxing in this luxurious holiday home. If you intend to explore the remarkable island of Majorca and you hire a car, this villa has parking space available to you. You’ll find this property is spacious and offers ample room for children or your guests who are kids at heart to run around and enjoy themselves without worry!

The ground floor has an open plan living/dining area that screams comfort; it’s set up to offer you the perfect centre point to the house - whether it’s eating at the modern eight-seater or relaxing on the larger corner sofa in front of the television.

You’ll be able to spend time with all your guests here and love every moment you’re paying here. The modern kitchen features a built-in breakfast bar perfect for chats over your morning coffee or evening drinks! It’s also fitted with all the modern necessities.

The large floor to ceiling windows in the living room leads out onto a semi-open terrace which has a chill-out area for relaxing, as well as a table and chair set up perfect for outdoor dining! And if you do want to dine outside, you can use the barbeque and have the perfect summer evening with great food and excellent company!

Walking onwards you have the new pool with roman steps with a tiled area directly around it and a lawn area. Here there are several loungers perfect for sunbathing, so you can sit back and catch some of the Spanish suns in the comfort of your back yard!

Then there are the bedrooms, with a twin set up and two double bedrooms – one of which has an ensuite bathroom. These rooms are spacious and straightforward, but they offer you a tranquil location for you to sleep at night and recover from all the exploration of your days here in Majorca. There is also a separate family bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower.

The surprise in the living room is the set of stairs that lead up to a mezzanine level where you’ll find a second living area that looks out to the downstairs living/dining area. Here is just as comfortable as the first, with its sofa and scatter cushions. It also has a television and a PlayStation 2 with games! You can have plenty of fun up here with the kids!

Manacor is a beautiful area of Majorca with both tourist areas and traditional parts! You can explore the Drach caves or the Coves dels Hams – both have tours and are lovely natural beauties.

If you’re interested in history and ruins, then you can visit the excavated site of a prehistoric village – Ses Parisses. You’ll find plenty of places to explore and walk whether it’s an established trail or walking through the beautiful nearby towns.

Casa Vi has ample space for kids to run around outside on the lawns, but that is not all available to them. They can make the most of the private pool, the roman steps descend safely into the water, so under supervision anyone can use the pool!

There is also the mezzanine that has another sofa set up, television and PlayStation! You’ll find this perfect for keeping the kids entertained during down time or break days from the exploration and experiences the rest of Majorca has to offer.

And if you or they want to connect back home, there is Wi-Fi at the property. If you bring babies along, cots and high chairs are available!
