You’ll be able to spend time with all your guests here and love every moment you’re paying here. The modern kitchen features a built-in breakfast bar perfect for chats over your morning coffee or evening drinks! It’s also fitted with all the modern necessities.

The large floor to ceiling windows in the living room leads out onto a semi-open terrace which has a chill-out area for relaxing, as well as a table and chair set up perfect for outdoor dining! And if you do want to dine outside, you can use the barbeque and have the perfect summer evening with great food and excellent company!

Walking onwards you have the new pool with roman steps with a tiled area directly around it and a lawn area. Here there are several loungers perfect for sunbathing, so you can sit back and catch some of the Spanish suns in the comfort of your back yard!

Then there are the bedrooms, with a twin set up and two double bedrooms – one of which has an ensuite bathroom. These rooms are spacious and straightforward, but they offer you a tranquil location for you to sleep at night and recover from all the exploration of your days here in Majorca. The surprise in the living room is the set of stairs that lead up to a mezzanine level where you’ll find a second living area that looks out to the downstairs living/dining area.
