Set in the stunning hillside position above the town of Alaro, with a 3-acre private garden, this bright and airy villa is a delight. From the pretty interior, summer kitchen, expansive pool terraces and fabulous garden this villa are designed with relaxed holiday living in mind. Days will languorously slip by in a haze of swimming in the pool, soaking up the sun and dining outdoors. White walls and wicker chairs create a beach feel; a feel continued indoors with the use of pales and sea blue colours.

As the sun sinks behind the hills and the sky turns vivid shades of red and orange, this is the time to have a sundowner and just sit back and absorb the view. Sleek, contemporary and ideal for multigenerational gatherings with an elevated position in the central Mallorca plain. Serenity and well being are the keynotes stuck here. In creating this impressive country house, every attention has been given to ensure the honey-coloured walls combined with individual chosen reclaimed materials decorating the country-style interiors.

The living area is steeped in light from floor-length doors and windows and in summer can be extended out to the amazing garden area. Comfortable sofas and chandeliers add to the relaxed interiors. With dining in mind, the summer fully equipped kitchen with island comes fully equipped and boasts a double fridge freezer. The thoughtfully designed kitchen boasts subtle coloured units combined with beechwood surfaces and original wood beams. With 5 bedrooms all with ensuite, 3 bedrooms are positioned to take advantage of the stunning views of the Mallorcan plain. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The garden and pool area have a relaxing and calm feel and an extensive beautifully manicured garden with lawn, ponds and water features. Covered seating and dining terrace outside, and a large BBQ area are perfect for trying out the local cuisine. Sip freshly squeezed orange juice from the villas poolside lying on the extra comfortable sun loungers with parasols.

The town of Alaro is situated in a superb central location on the island with Palma, Santa maria and Pollensa just a 30-minute drive. The local village of Alaro is just 5 minutes away and has all amenities, including restaurants, supermarket, chemist and banks.

Casa en Alaro is a stunning villa retreat set in the foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains, close to the villages of Alaro and Santa Maria. This traditional ‘Finca’ style villa has a large 3-acre private garden, manicured lawns and an outdoor swimming pool. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to 10 people

Alaro - The bustling town of Alaró is nestled in a peaceful valley on the southern slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains range in Mallorca. Despite being a minor tourist destination, Alaró has plenty to offer visitors. The ancient architecture and narrow cobbled streets combine to create a traditional charm that provides a stark contrast to some of the better-known coastal resorts.

The biggest attraction in Alaró is Castell d’Alaro. It is considered a must-see for anyone visiting the area. The castle is a challenging two-hour walk from the centre of the village. It is possible to drive part of the way up, parking at the well-known Lamb restaurant Es Verger. Once you reach the ruins of the castle, you are rewarded with breathtaking views. You can admire the Mallorcan countryside stretching all the way to the bay of Palma while enjoying a hard-earned drink from the bar.

Pollensa - just 45.8 km away - Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollenca doesn’t feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism. Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars.

The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top, you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top.

Puerto Pollensa just 38.2km away, offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.

Casa en Alaro is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is spacious with lawn therefore the kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun. Additionally, there is a private swimming pool with a shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Pollensa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, situated inland from some of Mallorca’s finest beaches. The town itself centres around beautiful cobbled streets leading to a traditional church. Wander the streets that lead to the famous church and discover traditional outlets selling a range of local food and arts. With a very popular Sunday morning market, definitely worth a visit, you will find all the local produce on sale. Puerto Pollença has some beautiful beaches, and at some of them, you’ll find water sports available. The warm summer evenings are ideal for taking strolls along the pedestrianised promenades along the front, which lead towards the famous Pine Walk 1.9km. With the use of public transport, you’ll be able to explore the nearby locations and find even more for the whole family to experience.

Alcudia Waterpark - Located in a prime area in Port de Alcudia and just a few meters away from the town centre. Covering an area of close to 40.000 square metres, there is a wide variety of water rides and attractions that will delight both young and old alike!

Palma Aquarium Uncover the many secrets hidden in the seas and oceans. Set sail on an adventure; you will never forget across the Mediterranean to the tropical seas. End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
