Overview
Casa Divano is a 150-year-old country house that has been renovated to create a friendly atmosphere with its rustic style. It’s in the south of Majorca, minutes away from sandy beaches, shops and bars. From the exterior, it looks like a quaint, traditional Mallorcan style villa with its cobble effect walls and natural greenery that forms its surroundings.
When you enter the property the entrance hall gives you access to both the living room and the dining and kitchen area. The villa uses its traditional charm in the cobbled walls and exposed beams to create a relaxing and welcome environment for all your guests.
The living area is complete with comfortable sofas, a television with a DVD player and an iPod station so you’ll have the chance to relax in this room with the holiday party with background music or a movie if you’re winding down. The dining and kitchen area is an open-plan room with the rustic style shining through; where the cobble wall features prominently. The kitchen has the necessary appliances and direct access out to the poolside terrace.
The ground floor has two of the bedrooms, twin rooms. The rooms are warm and bright and minimally decorated offering a villa that will have every guest feeling comfortable. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite shower room, then there is another bathroom on this floor with a corner bath unit. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. One is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom. On request, you can reserve the fourth bedroom which is a twin room for 2 children therefore the property can sleep 8.
Some of the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the outside, where you’ll find more outdoor seating options including outdoor dining furniture allowing for meals to be enjoyed outside. If you enjoy BBQ food, then you’re in luck as there is a brick-built BBQ at the villa for your use.
Additionally, there are two pools, one larger pool and one for children. You’ll find that you’ll be able to have hours of fun in your own private pools. There are enough sunbeds for all the guests so you can relax in the garden and get that holiday tan.

What you should know…
- The bedrooms have air conditioning, however, that can only be turned on at an extra cost and with a minimum of a four-night stay
- The first cot and highchair are included in your price, however, any additional cots and highchairs required will be an extra cost
- A car is recommended in order to explore Majorca at your own ease

Location
About the surrounding area of Casa DivanoCasa Divano is in a charming village called Es Llombards which is south-west of Santanyi. The coastline has some spectacular villages along with it, perfect for exploring. Es Llombards itself is a beautiful village with general stores, local bars and restaurants for you to explore and sample the local food but its true beauty lies within its beaches.
If you are looking for a spectacular beach holiday you will find that here. The nearest great beach is Cala Llombards which boasts crystal clear blue waters, perfect for snorkelling. It’s also home to some great diving spots if that you’re interested. It also offers beautiful walks along the cliffs taking you towards Cala Santanyi.
Santanyi is an authentic village, pretty and rural. It runs along coastline and benefits from those stunning surroundings. The natural park, Cabrera is the second largest in the Balearic Islands and you’re just a boat ride away from exploring it! Additionally, you’ll find places to eat and places to experience live music. Majorca is a beautiful island, full of nature to explore, food to sample and attractions for to attend and experience.

Best Suited For: All AgesThe villa has an extra bedroom with twin beds for children, available on request. You’ll find that this quaint country house will offer kids space to run around outside and then will encourage them to relax and wind down in the evenings.
There are two pools; a larger one and a smaller one so even the younger kids will have the ability to splash and swim in a pool! You’ll find wi-fi access at the villa also so if you or the kids want access to some home comforts then you’ll have that option available to you.
With Cala d’Or nearby, you have access to sandy beaches which offers fun-filled family days out! On the coast of Majorca, you’ll find options for snorkelling, water sports and coves to explore which families can make days of and thoroughly enjoy!
