The tranquillity of nature descends upon this spectacular villa in the rural landscape near Pollensa, an immensely popular and beautiful area on the sunny island of Mallorca.

The large garden of this gorgeous villa comprises a fabulous pool, outdoor barbeque and even table tennis. In the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the landscape in which this property lies is utterly picturesque and provides for simply stunning sunsets every night, as the sun dips below the mountains on the horizon. While away the evening and enjoy these famous sunsets with a meal on the large terrace overlooking the private pool and lawn.

Stepping inside of the property, there are many areas in which to seek respite from the beaming Spanish sun. Nestled in the wilderness, the interior of the property feels anything but wild. Directly from the terrace you enter fabulous living area, with both a relaxing lounge section and a stunning dining table, both with direct access to the terrace with a further dining and relaxing area. The calming cream colours of each stylish and sophisticated room adds to the warm, relaxing atmosphere created within, and with stunning views from every window and terrace, you won’t feel you’re missing out on the fair Mallorcan weather, whether inside or out!

Each of the five spacious bedrooms is decorated in the same tranquil tones and reflects the calm beyond their four walls. There is a bathroom on the ground-floor and two on the first-floor, all equipped with a hairdryer. A/C is available in every room.

Perhaps the only thing as wonderful as the mountain views is that the beach, the town and the harbour are just a short stroll from the doorstep, putting even more fun, food and activities at your fingertips.

Pollensa is the picture perfect district of Mallorca, regarded as the cultural centre of the north of the island! When people picture Mallorca, they might not know it, but often what they’re picturing is Pollensa. Endless sandy beaches and roads lined with palm-trees set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The diverse landscape, from fertile valleys to steep mountains and gently undulating hills and of course the beaches which seem to stretch endlessly to the horizon, is just one of the reasons that so many great artists have chosen to call this island home throughout the last century.

Just 5km away, the town of Pollensa itself will certainly provide your fill of authentic Spanish culture – 17th and 18th century houses, cobbled, winding streets and traditional markets every Sunday! Cafés, bars and restaurants are scattered in amongst traditional shops and large sections of the town are pedestrianised.

Top tip: the viewpoint from the Calvario is an absolute must, if you can manage the climb!

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.

Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.

Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge, please enquire (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Tax Balearic Eco Tourist Tax of €2.20 per person per night for over 16's is not included in the rental price and will need to be paid locally in cash on arrival.
Insurance Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
Other Ts and Cs Every other day cleaning and towel change (except on sundays) and bedsheets change 1x per week, included in the rental price.

    The accommodation was fantastic in a really quiet location just outside of PP. Clean, spacious with all the facilities we could want for. We shall return!

    The villa is perfect for adults and children looking for a quiet holiday house will all required facilities. We were 9 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room. Cars are required but the port is only 5 min away and with plenty of parking options. The terrace is perfect for a meal prepared by a hired chef! We had a fantastic stay.
