The exterior of this property is incredibly expansive, sporting a considerable swimming pool in the centre of the grounds. As such, guests can enjoy the refreshing coolness of the pool as they take in the amazing sights that surround them. Opposite the swimming pool is a far-reaching lawn area that is covered with an array of emerald-green grass. Thus, guests can sunbathe or play games together as a group in this glorious space. This property is also home to a section of outdoor terraces, giving guests a variety of spaces to truly relax.
 
Inside, this property expresses a decadent sense of style, allowing guests to revel in a series of attractive design choices. The living area contains an extremely large and comfortable sofa, meaning that guests can kick back and relax whilst they catch up on their favourite shows on the flatscreen TV. Casa Consell 30 combines the tranquillity of a rural villa with the convenience of a townhouse on the outskirts of Consell, just a 5-minute walk from shopping, bars, and restaurants. The property was restored in the same architectural style as the rest of our residences in 2021.
