Serenity and well being are the keynotes struck here in Casa De Edu. Located on the hills of Costa d’en Blanes with sea views, 24-hour security and secure gated entry with parking for two cars. Tucked away down a quiet residential road but within 2 km from the beach and local town. Around you, there are the elegant curves of the swimming pool, manicured gardens, lovely arranged flower beds and a spacious patio-style balcony. The villa is stylish and cosy and boasts an entertainment area, which is perfect for large groups. Whilst the indoor living areas offer space for friends and family to relax and socialise, it’s the outdoor living space that wins hearts and minds.

The open plan living and dining area are supremely social with spacious wooden dining table and chairs, perfect for indoor dining. Double glass doors from the living area lead to the fully equipped modern kitchen where you can prepare all types of culinary delights. The upper level has two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms whilst the lower ground level has a further three bedrooms, 1 with ensuite bathroom and another family bedroom with two double and two single beds and a shared bathroom. These rooms share a bathroom and a second lounge/play area which leads out to the covered terrace, BBQ and out dining table adjacent to the pool.

With covered furnished seating and dining terraces outside, a large purpose-built housing barbecue, you will spend your days having fun outside in the sunshine. The swimming pool is adjacent to the BBQ housing, which is perfect for having a pool party. Casa De Edu provides a peaceful ambience for exterior dining with its welcoming enclosed garden. In the evening a local chef can prepare a family meal in your tranquil villa, this can be arranged with the local agent.

Puerto Nous - Portals Nous is a small, relaxed town west of Palma. Thanks to its location, just 12km from the capital and only a short walk from the glitzy marina of Puerto Portals, it’s a popular choice with both holidaymakers and residents. The main high street is focused along Carretera d’Andratx. Here you’ll find a selection of shops including fashion boutiques, newsagents, hardware stores, a supermarket, an independent book shop and a variety of restaurants. Portals Nous has all the essential shops catering for your everyday needs as well as a few delightful independent boutiques.

Port Andratx – Port d’Andratx enjoys a picturesque setting located around 5km from Andratx town. Many consider it the loveliest harbour in the Mediterranean – it’s a stylish port, with a well-maintained and equipped yacht club offering more than 450 berths. This place is not only a working fishing port; it is a playground for the rich and famous who want to stay under the radar.

Although it has many restaurants to suit the yachting set, Port d’Andratx is still a working fishing port where you can sit outside one of the many cafés and bars watching the bustle of daily maritime life. The two beaches here are very small, but there are larger beaches very nearby plus excursions, luxury spas and golf.

Cala Llamp - Tucked around the corner from Port d'Andratx, Cala Llamp Bay has one of the most stunning views in Mallorca. The Tramuntana mountains create high cliffs all around, forming a crescent bay with calm, beautifully clear water. It's probably better suited to those not so interested in sunbathing but in swimming in the lovely waters and exploring the rock pools, which many families enjoy.

Palma City - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport; it makes for the perfect city break.

Casa De Edu is a welcoming family retreat, and it has plenty of indoor and outdoor space ready for any kids to enjoy. The garden is narrow but spacious, and on different levels; therefore kids can run around and enjoy games and picnics in this space, as well as making the most of the sun.

Additionally, there is a private standard swimming pool with a shallow end that is the perfect addition to this villa. If the weather isn’t optimal, then you have the added feature of satellite TV and the wi-fi being available for you to use. This can offer the kids some entertainment if needed on those bad weather days.

Portals Nous - Golfers will enjoy the proximity of Real Golf de Bendinat and Lindner Golf & Wellness Resort; while Palma is a popular day out for families. Most holidaymakers who come here during the warmer months will pass the time at the 100m long sandy Platja de S’Oratori beach, where you can hire kayaks, jet skis and paddle boats. There are also a number of bars and international restaurants open for lunch and dinner along the main high street which cater for all the family.

Palma to Soller wooden train ( Plaza De Espana 37.5 km away – Soller 54.6 km away ) - Perfect for all the family, the Sóller railway also stands out for the special, attractive route it runs along, overcoming the natural barrier of the Sierra de Alfàbia mountain range which is 2.8 km wide and 496 metres high. This should definitely be on your list of favourite things to do in Mallorca. The Palma to Soller wooden train has got to be one of the prettiest and most memorable small train trips you can take, and children absolutely love it.

End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit.
