A charming family-friendly villa, which sits pretty with its white exterior walls draped with bougainvillaea, surrounded by lemon and olive trees and the Tramuntana Mountains in the distance. Bliss!

Nestled amongst picturesque countryside in the beautiful area of Cala San Vincente, where sandy coves are just a 7-minute walk away, the stunningly renovated casa is the perfect setting for a family holiday.

The main villa is one storey and has been gorgeously modernised, yet still retains its original charm thanks to the wooden roof beams, whitewash walls, terracotta tiles and wooden shutter doors throughout the interior. Inside, guests will instantly relax in the spacious living room, complete with big cosy sofas and cushions, a flat-screen satellite TV and a super-cosy wood burning stove for the colder months.

The lounge area flows into the dining area where a shabby-chic style round dining table and chairs is located next to the modern kitchen, separated by a traditional arched window and doorway. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest mod cons, including a rather fabulous American-style fridge/freezer and a walk-in pantry.

Three comfortable double bedrooms lead off from the main corridor, featuring antique wooden beds and bedroom furniture, and views across the garden.  The bedrooms share two family bathrooms with marble fittings and one which has a bathtub and the other a shower.

Down a small stairway lies a separate little casa, ideal for older or younger guests and au pairs. This is a comfortable self-contained apartment featuring a spacious lounge with a double sofa bed, a separate twin bedroom, a fitted kitchen area and a separate bathroom.

Outside in the bright and beautiful garden is plenty of outdoor living furniture that fills the lovely covered sun terrace, which opens out from the living room.

Providing both sun and shade, along with BBQ facilities, this is a great spot for al fresco meal times as you gaze over the beautifully lit private swimming pool.
The pool is found through large archways and has a sun terrace filled with sun loungers, perfect for a relaxing sunbathe after a leisurely swim.

With one of Majorca’s most beautiful beaches of Cala San Vincent is just a 7-minute walk away, this is the perfect casa for guests who love to spend time by the sea.

The village is mostly still working fishing village so expect to see fisherman at work! The coastline here is rugged and dramatic, and the resort has not one but three beaches to choose from. Cala Barques is the largest and prettiest and has beach bars and restaurants, along with sun beds and pedaloes for hire.

From here you can take a path to Cala Clara and then to the beautiful sands of Cala Molins with its beautiful crystal clear waters.

If you fancy exploring a town, head to historical Pollensa. It’s one of Mallorca’s most attractive cities due to the winding cobbled lanes with historic architecture and an impressive main square, lined with cafes, restaurants and bars, which make this ancient town a beautiful spot to explore or head out for a meal.

The town has several cultural sites to take in, including the Roman bridge ‘Pont Roma’, which is still in use, and the Puig de Pollensa – a small mountain topped by a monastery, just outside the town.

Security deposit 1000 Euros - credit card details and expiry date to be supplied in case of damage to the property. The local Property Manager will contact you via email to request your details, this amount will be blocked on the credit card, not taken. Once the property manager confirms no damage the block will be released.
