Villa Valenti is a beautiful, two storey, a semi-detached villa that offers beautiful seafront views and direct access to the sea, sitting imperially on a quiet corner of coastland, yet a stone’s throw from all local amenities.
With its elegant white-washed exterior, with sloping, terracotta tiles and an array of tropical plants and shady trees, this home is tucked in green and sweet, secluded spot.
The sandy cove Cala Egos is only two hundred meters away, while the villa looks over a beautiful private pool with ample lounging and sunbathing space. The outdoor areas are sublime at Villa Valenti; there is an outdoor leisure room, with lounge furniture and dining table for al fresco meals.
The gardens are expansive and immaculately maintained, yet also have a natural charm. The sea breezes and dappled shade of the trees keep them fresh.There is an outdoor shower room in the garage, for an added touch of convenience.
The generously proportioned, open plan living space is comfortable and homey, offers quality finishes and furnishings in solid wood. This provides a beautiful space for the group or family to enjoy a meal together or relax in the evenings; light pours in through the enormous windows.

Set in the beautiful Cala d’Or, Villa Valenti has the supreme advantage of having both the beach and all amenities on its doorstep.
A few moments walk will take visitors directly to the local bars, restaurants and shops; while the beach is a small staircase away!

Cala d'Or – or the 'Golden Bay' – is a popular beach area on the southeast coast of Mallorca, south of Portocolom and neighbouring the coastal town of Portopetro. In Cala d'Or you really get an all-round holiday experience with wonderful beaches, interesting excursions, well-preserved nature and varied nightlife.
Cala d'Or is an excellent spot for a beach holiday thanks to its impressive facilities and wonderful beaches. Huge fun is the mini 'train' which runs along the roads for holidaymakers between the main resort and beaches. The town is also a great base for exploring some of the best natural and historical sights that southeast Mallorca has to offer.
This home is ideal for children of all ages; children, in particular, will love the expansive gardens, the beautiful lawns and mysterious overgrowth, as well as the ample patio space and many corners of exploration. The pool will provide hours of fun, and dining outside will be a novelty for children.

Hidropark is worth a day trip, for an array of “whizzy” rides offering adrenaline based fun or toddler appropriate splash pools, while Parc Natural de S’Albufera for gentle bike rides and birdwatching expeditions. Teens will enjoy activities such as kite surfing and kayaking, to spooky caving! Cliff jumping, mountain biking, scuba diving - the options are endless.
Further east, there are bewitching chambers of vast caves, safari encounters,
Mallorcans adore children; from playgrounds to child-friendly restaurants, children will not only be welcome but will be actively fussed over! Many restaurants offer inexpensive children’s menus - simple grilled meats, fries, spaghetti, and tortillas, not to mention ice cream!
While those with more adventurous tastes may enjoy the local pa ambient oli - bread rubbed with olive oil, tomatoes and a variety of toppings.
Other highlights would be, Artestruz - where children can admire ostriches, Palma Aquarium, some eight thousand marine creatures to observe and delight over, to the Safari-zoo in the east.

Children will soon acclimatise to the Spanish way of life, where youngsters are very much part of the evening life, out in restaurants of an evening, playing in parks and squares while grown-ups gather with a cooling beer.

Lovely location with excellent room space. Garden was simply delightful. Pool are had a magnificent view.
A Great Setting
Lovely and spacious. Plenty of room for all. Pool area was fantastic; what a view over the sea and the beach was so close. Our grandsons loved the place as did we all. Some lovely touches with the furniture and paintings. Bathrooms were slightly tired but worked well. Plenty of plates and glasses.
