Villa Elvia is a wonderful country property, located in a quiet, peaceful area between Santanyí and Cas Concos.
The villa is spacious and bright throughout, offering two floors, there is plenty of room to spread out. Furnished in a modern, comfortable style, this fabulous property provides a very high standard of accommodation. The ground floor has an entrance leading to a bright dining room, which contains paintings painted by the owner, adding a unique, personal touch to the space. Glass doors lead to the pool and garden terraces. There is a spacious, country style kitchen, fully equipped for your use. This floor offers three of the bedrooms, all featuring gorgeous views out towards the garden. One of these bedrooms is suited to a wheelchair user, with the en-suite having been made wheelchair accessible. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. A marble staircase leads to the first floor where there is an open gallery featuring stunning views out towards Santanyí, an ideal spot to find a peaceful moment to read your book, with the only distraction being the view. This floor offers three more bedrooms; a twin bedroom with access to a terrace and wonderful views. There is another twin bedroom with a furnished balcony ideal for sunbathing with privacy. The last bedroom has a double bed. All of the bedrooms on this floor offer en-suite bathrooms.
From Villa Elvia’s terrace you can enjoy undisturbed views of the countryside and even in the distance, on a clear day, you can see the island of Cabrera. The house is surrounded by a garden with magnificent views of the surroundings, a perfect retreat away. There is a very large swimming pool, that can be fenced at your request. With a ping pong table for children and adults alike, perfect for family championships throughout your holiday and space for outdoor dining on the terrace, Villa Elvia offers sociable living inside and out, for a holiday you won’t forget.
