Villa Calo Bay is an elegant, refined and majestic home, standing regally within its grounds, this large, two storey property offers sublime tranquillity, privacy and comfort, all just a stone’s throw from the centre of Cala d’Or and the resort’s facilities.
For the perfect blend of seclusion and resort life, Villa Calo Bay is a restorative haven - a retreat from the busy shops and beaches, with expansive, sumptuous grounds and expansive, verdant lawns, topped by the full-length pool and abundant outdoor dining areas.
Framed by swaying palm trees, bright flowering plants and tropical foliage, this hidden gem will offer a stunning holiday home for guests who want to spread out enjoy the tranquil, understated privacy at Villa Calo Bay.
The pool is set within large patio with sun loungers and views across the gardens, while there is a chic covered outdoor lounge, very much in keeping with the local style; finished with tasteful lounge furnishings - a cool spot to enjoy lunch when the midday heat becomes too much.
The whitewashed facade, with an array of balconies, and arched veranda entrances, with a flat roof is very much with a nod to the local Mallorca architecture.
The interiors provide understated luxury, with a blend of contemporary and sleek finishes, interspersed with traditional features such as exposed timber beams and wooden bannisters, terracotta floor tiles and arched windows.

All amenities, shops, bars and restaurants are a short walk away from Villa Calo Bay, which is located just a few hundred yards from the main marina in Cala d’Or, on a quiet side street.
Cala d’Or is today a smart and refined resort town; it is located about sixty kilometres east of the airport and Palma city.
Formerly, Cala d’Or was a traditional, small, Mallorca finishing village which has over the years expanded. The town is nestled alongside a series of coves, the largest of which is called Cala Llonga, which has been developed into a large marina which splits the city into two.
The town centre offers a pretty and vibrant pedestrianised shopping zone, with a good selection of eateries and bars.
The beach at Cala Gran is the largest in town; sun loungers, parasols and pedaloes can be hired at the beach. There are also ample other beaches in the region further afield which are worth exploring.
Water sports and beach life are very much central to Majorca.
