Casa Magar is a beautiful modern villa distributed over one floor, perfect for a family getaway! As the inside of the property itself is on one floor, it is great for younger kids It’s near the family-friendly town of Cala d’Or and Cala Egos, where there are beaches to explore, shops and restaurants to experience. As you enter the property, you’re greeted by a whitewashed entryway that leads into the living and dining area, which has direct access out onto the covered porch with more outdoor seating.

The living area is neutral with pops of colours, making it an elegant space as well as a welcoming space to all guests. There is a large sofa that sits against the wall and there is a television with access to Netflix so you can access some of your favourite televisions and movies which offers the perfect chance for winding down and occupying the kids and yourselves if needed.

The living area also has an iPod station and as this area has direct access onto the porch, being able to use your own music means you can have your summer playlist on in the background!

The dining area inside is a smaller white table, but it has access out onto the covered porch where the bigger dining table is. The covered porch has outside lighting available, and beautiful views of the sea as well as the nearby cliffs and greenery. These breath-taking views offer stunning backdrops to any of your holiday photos.

From the back porch, you can go down the outdoor steps to the private saltwater swimming pool. The pool has sun loungers around on the stone flooring and then further grass areas around that. The grass area extends towards the rocks with access to the sea!

When it comes to dining at the villa, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Melita coffee maker. In addition to the kitchen, the property also has a portable barbeque, so you’ll be able to have the ultimate summer food, with your summer playlist in the background, dining outside on the covered porch with beautiful views.

There are three bedrooms in the property, and they all have en-suite bathrooms with showers. The rooms are spacious and minimally decorated with pops of colour. The rooms don’t have access out to the terrace, but they do have plenty of light let in; as does the property overall.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, and the en-suite is a complete bathroom with a shower fitting. The other two bedrooms are two single beds pushed together to create a larger bed. These rooms also have a complete en-suite bathroom with a shower.

What you should know…

  • The grassy area extends towards the rocks with access to the sea, however, there are no barriers so children should always be supervised
  • The villa is on one floor which is perfect for both younger and older family members, however, to access the pool, it is a staircase down from the covered porch
  • If you are bringing children on the holiday the first cot and highchair are included in the price of renting the villa. The second cot or highchair will be available at additional cost per night (see Ts&Cs)

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.

Security deposit €500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection.
Arrival time 4:00 pm.
Departure time 10:00 am.
Energy costs included? Yes, included in the rental price.
Heating costs included? Not included in the rental price, please enquire.
Linen & towels included? Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.
End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accomodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning , laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal will be charged against the security deposit.
Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included in the rental price.
Minimum stay 7 nights. All other durations on request.
Changeover day Flexible.
Pets welcome? Not allowed.
Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted.
Tax Tourist Tax is included in the rental price.
Insurance Guests are required to be in posession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, personal belongings, public liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
